The service is horrible. The employees are not friendly. My wife asked if they had corn beef and was told we don't have that kind of food. Like it's something weird. So now I asked for mayo and mustard. So the girl asked together or separated on each piece of bread, I replied yes please. Well that didn't happen until I told them again. Now the African American female is upset clearly. After finishing my sandwich she then smashed it as hard as possible while cutting it. At this point I'm like whatever in my head because what's the point of saying something, they won't care anyways. Definitely won't return here. Should have gone to baseline and 210 to get my sandwich. The only decent thing is at least it tasted okay.
As to your response. I did email you on the day this happened. 7 days later still no response to my email which I did give my phone number for you to call. So in my opinion you only say email you to look good on Google. Otherwise you would have contacted me. Oh my wife did a yelp review as well. She received the same exact response but from a different email. Very sad.

I'm writing this review because it's not the first time that the women who worked at this location are so rude, not saying hello or thank you and being so hostile with the customers, I definitely won't be returning, I work driving all day and when I enter a business I know I'm a kind person, it's frustrating that in return someone receives you so badly. I read the other reviews and see that I'm not the first person to mention how rude they are here.

Their rosemary bread is delicious every time we go to Jersey Mike's. I recommend Mike's way on any one of their tasty sub sandwiches. My family and I enjoy Jersey Mike's all the way from Victorville to Ontario California.

Sandwiches were good. But I didn't get much drinks. So I called them up and was offered a refund.Great that's $6.90 back. So I was called and was told no refunds, some technicalities. And couldn't deliver neither. Worst customer service. No drinks with Great sandwiches Stay away from this Jersey Mike's Paid $52.63 because I didn't want to drive.

I work at Pegasus hobbies and got there at Jersey Mike’s at the time. The order was supposed to be done and was done 15 minutes after supposed to be done. They also didn’t have even started it and started it when I got there, but the sandwich was good as usual.

This place does not serve well and there is a boy who has a very bad attitude and is chewing gum and they also take a lot of your time.
Sandwiches were good, but this location is terrible with the cookies. We've had the gluten frees subbed for the chocolate chip ordered. We've had 6 fresh baked cookies put in one container, which makes a big hot mess of cookie dough. Tonight, they just decided not to send any. Said they refunded. We shall see. Would have been better to get up and bring me the cookies I ordered...
