Sandwiches were good, but this location is terrible with the cookies. We've had the gluten frees subbed for the chocolate chip ordered. We've had 6 fresh baked cookies put in one container, which makes a big hot mess of cookie dough. Tonight, they just decided not to send any. Said they refunded. We shall see. Would have been better to get up and bring me the cookies I ordered...

I usually order on the app, and pick it up to eat at home. Sometimes, there is a wait past the scheduled pickup time, but not a big deal.
This is my go-to location. I order ahead through the app and 99% of the time the order is ready when I get there and made perfectly. Sandwiches are always great! Inside is spacious and surrounded by open windows which makes for a nice ambiance.

Came in at 11:26. Only one person in front of me with one sandwich. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with extra ranch on the side. Paid and waited. Waited some more. 3 other customers received their order before me. Finally! 25 minutes later I get my one sandwich. I had to ask again for the ranch on the side. They tell me, it's already on my sub. I ask for more anyway. She takes forever because she's talking to another member. When I receive said ranch, it's only filled 1/3 of the small cup. Got home, to a very soggy sub. Indeed they put extra ranch on it. Worst part is...the sub was disgusting! The chicken!?! Is that even chicken? Just gross. 6 employees and service is terribly slow. If I lived closer and didn't have a tournament to attend, I'd take the sub back for a full refund.
Few sandwiches make me happier than a great sub and these guys have it down. They have an Italian sub that's delicious. I get my one without the pepperoni and they add extra meat to make up for it. And their sauce is good. One sandwich will keep me going all day.

This place have pretty good sandwiches. I usually get the super sub and I add bacon and avocado . I believe it makes it a lot better. I do always get it Mikes way as well. I do believe the staff do need a little help, but I do blame management for that because from what I see the staff has lots of potential. They just need a little more guidance. I do recommend coming here over all.

I got a to go order for my office today. It was about 10 minutes late for pickup and they asked my name since I'd been just standing there. One of My sandwich's was just sitting there but not in bag. I asked for Mayo on side so it would not get soggy but they put it on anyway. The white bread tasted like it had soap or cleaner on it. Not happy when you spend $60+ on 3 sandwiches not including the tip I left
