So flavorful and the plates are beautiful! I tried the vegetarian plate, gado-gado, and asinan. All were amazing!

One of the most delicious dining options in Upland! If you're craving a meal that will keep you coming back, this is the place to visit. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My favorites are the almond pastry paired with an iced mocha coffee made with coconut milk. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other spots. I highly recommend this place :)
Very friendly and great food. Can't wait to go back.

The food was fire, but don’t get the oxtail. I recommend the honeycomb dessert. Perfect for old folks that like sweets that don’t taste like straight sugar. Also highly recommend the empanadas and the veggie dish. The tofu side dish is probably the best tofu dish I’ve ever had. Won’t let you down

We enjoyed Kedai’s Cafe and its quaint, calm environment set by its embrace of culture. The food and service were great — especially the Banana Chocolate Turnover!

This is a nice find for Indonesian food in Upland. I just tried their ox tail soup. Also orders the Sumatra coffee. Both were delicious and fantastic. Ox tail soup is just as you would like when mom made it for you. Vegetables and tomatoes sliced in were not overcooked and brings good texture to the soup. I will certainly try other dishes next time. I came during off hours so this place might get crowded during peak hours. Parking at the strip mall looks adequate.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor

I stopped here on a ride for a coffee and breakfast. The hot meat pastries are very delicous and not too expensive. The sumatra coffee hit the spot. The barista was polite, the restaurant was clean and well organized.

Stanny puts her heart into her food. Authentic home-style Indonesian cooking. Today was my first time in, and it was better than 99% of my food experiences in the area. My family was visiting and wanted to try something new. Everything we ordered was delicious. We met a few regular customers who were very kind and recommended their favorite dishes. It was clear from the beginning that this place is a crowd favorite. It's a beautiful restaurant, very clean and inviting. Stanny and Sebastian were so nice, accommodating, and interesting to talk to. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. 11 out of 10!

Food is absolutely amazing, we had the rice porridge, nasi goreng, and noodle soup and all were great. Even better were the pastries and prepared snacks. Highly recommend coming here, it’s worth the drive. Our only complaint would be there was a bit of unnecessary waste. Shrimp chips that came with the entree were served in a mini ziplock bag, for example, which is unnecessary.

We were on our way from Palm Springs to the Valley, and decided to stop in Upland for some Indo food. And we were in luck that this Cafe showed up on our Yelp App.
Terima kasih Stanny dan Sebastian. You guys' Indo food was legit, and we had it all. Two entrees of beef rendang, and sate ayam that were yumm. We also had risoles, lemper, bika ambon, and of course cendol. We love the food, and we also loved your Kedai. It was thoughtfully designed with clean lines and practical seating. It reflects your design background Stanny. BTW, you're our go-to place if we're ever up in Upland again.

This is some of the best food I have ever enjoyed. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and very clean. The owners will make recommendations if you ask them (if you are new to Indonesian food like I was). We had coffee, chicken satay plate, croquet and fried plantains. Like I said, truly some of the best food I have ever eaten, anywhere. Everything is made fresh and using very fresh ingredients. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. We plan on eating here again very soon. If you're in the Upland area I strongly recommend this restaurant.
