It's a hit and miss if you don't check your food there's a 50/50 chance you're going to get old food that's nasty and dry but if you check it first and say something they will fix it.

I came here for a pick up order, the order said it was supposed to be ready at 3:33 I showed up at that time and they told me it was going to be a 30 min wait for 1 item.The workers were talking and you can tell they weren't focused on work. If they were focused on work I'm sure my food would be on time. They were cursing talking about people's weight saying they thought a customer was homeless. I am a DoorDash worker and they basically took up an hour of my work time on top of ruining my customer rating and my time management rating

I usually love kfc fries. They usually serve them hot. Well to @8pm last night i received the worse batch. Ive heard stories of places re dropping old fries in grease. These fries were 5 dollars and som change. I immediately drove back to get my money. Food is too costly these days to get old food. Do better. Laziness.

We ordered online incase there was a line at the drive thru. We ordered on of the family meals that was $20 It came with 4 pieces of chicken 10 chicken nuggets fries 4 baskets. Not bad right!Food was fresh plus we had leftovers.

Please look at all the negative reviews. This place doesn't deserve your business at 1.5 stars. I don't know who owns this place but management is really rude. The courteous gentleman at the front counter was understanding and sympathetic. Great customer service. But management is a mess. They sent him back and forth to give me news about my order being delayed rather than coming up to me and apologizing. I ordered my food at 715 to be prepared by 815. I walked in around 810 and they said I was going to have to wait 15 mins for tenders to be complete. They didn't apologize, didn't give me an alternative, and the managers were running around frantically. Highly unprepared and unprofessional. Again, not sure who owns this place, but they need to check their management. They need to treat their employees better and definitely need to treat the customer better. This place has lost my business unfortunately. I'd rather drive farther to go to another KFC location.

The food seemed old. I bought the 12 piece tender meal. The chicken was cold and hard. For the sides I got mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and fries. The Mac and cheese had like a dark layer of hard cheese on the edges like they just scraped it out of a pot that it was sitting in for a while. It was not creamy like I remember the Mac and cheese being. The fries were also cold and tasted stale. I would never go back to this location. The mashed potatoes was the only thing that was edible. I went through the drive thru so I only encountered the girl at the window. She was just very short with me. Didn't say hello or thank you. I could've been ok with that if the food was good but it definitely wasn't.
