Went last night, was packed, no room to wait after we ordered, we always order the same drinks all the time thr fire rabbit and I ordered the matcha float wasn't what I expected didnt have a good matcha taste and for adding Boba the made it all sloppy, want what I expected also my other drink was had no coffee taste and very bland, the topping wasn't even fired up like usually it is maybe they were in a rush but they made it fast lazy and quick highly disappointed, wish the owners would go back try to make it like it was before, and they need a deep cleaning as well.. will try it one more time

Last night, I think she's new. Her hair always falling on both sides and it almost touches our drinks while she prepares them. She constantly holding her hair at the same time getting all the ice-cream and toppings. She should wear a hat like everyone else! Please 🙏

The homemade cookies were amazing, and the Thai iced tea soft serve was a solid 10! Great service, super clean, and they even let us sample flavors before choosing. If you love Thai iced tea, you need to try the soft serve.

I have been a patron of L’moon for years, I’d share this location with all of my friends and family. Recently over the last year the place has really hit a downward slope. From the consistent B rating greeting you at the entrance, the worsening of the hygiene of the place, and the last straw, expired products.

The place has really lost its charm, everything is dirty and it looks like the place hasn’t been deep cleaned since it opened. Literally stains and grime from the floor boards to the walls. They have a sign by their front sink stating “little black flies are starting to appear”. I am truly disgusted that this establishment runs like this and owners have not taken the time to do something as simple as a deep clean.

For me, the last two times have resulted in a less than appetizing experience. I order the Thai Fighter which comes with a sweet cream crème brûlée style topping. This is my favorite part, so I usually start there. My sister ordered the Fire Rabbit which is the milk tea version. To our surprise, we tried the sweet cream and immediately looked at each other. It was SOUR. We went back inside and explained to the girl behind the counter, she shared the cream was a day and half old. For a product that’s constantly being pulled in and out of refrigeration in a plastic container, this should not be still in use. Also, their cookies which used to be delicious, now just look like lumps of flour and are more burnt than usual.

I gave them two stars, simply because the girl behind the counter offered us refunds or a different product. She could’ve used a little more pep though, for an empty store, the customer service could’ve been better.

I’m adding the photos of the hygienic state of their store and am reporting them to the Department of Public Health. They have a new location in Pasadena and I hope that one is not heading this in the same direction.

Ive been going here for 4 years, the prices havent been raised and the drinks and cookies are always great and consistent. Always had a good drink and deal here. My favorite though is the fire rabbit though, its creme brulee topped. The cookies are actually good here too. There is no large seating area though. Its okay though, the consistency and price make up for it.

Came last Wednesday 7/23 for a little treat and man totally recommend their soft serve! So yummy. I got their Thai tea float with matcha and boba . Creamy and not overly sweet. Both servers were kind 😊
