Located in a small strip mall, plenty of parking available. Absolutely love their Thai Tea soft serve. They do have other flavor drinks available, both hot and cold. Home made cookies and ice cream also for sale. You do have the option to make the soft serve into a float with different tea options. I opted to get the “Trophy” which includes all the toppings except for Oreo crumbs. No tables or public bathroom, just a single bench seat while you wait for your order.

This place is great Tamia is very nice costumer service but the fact that they don't take cash is kind of a inconvenience when u only have cash and u drive long way just for this spot I would suggest u can pay with cash to get you costumer better

Server was really nice and she was pretty too ?. Had the strawberry milktea with lychee jelly, 100% sweetness. It was delicious for a $6 drink. Small shop, not a lot of places to sit, best for takeout.

So I'm usually not a big boba person at all, but I decided to come try this place cuz of all the good reviews and oh my God let me tell you the Fire rabbit series is bomb! with the creme brulee on top.. so goood! Would definitely recommend it.

My favorite boba place! Their boba is always consistent in quality - always chewy and delicious! They also have a variety of flavors and specialty drinks to choose from. If you love Thai tea this is also the place to go.Big plus they have a non-dairy (almond milk) option for the milk tea. Also make sure to get a stamp card!
