I wasn't impressed with the food. The fish and chips was average. The fish was undercooked. The employees were very nice.

After changing owners I had my doubts but I gave it a chance and I'm Glad I did cause it's better than before I do miss the fountain drinks But the food is delicious Fresh and the service is the best .I am hoping this goes out to the people who visited before the new owners and try it again you'll see it has improved.

I had the spicy chicken plate. The chicken was so tender it melted in my mouth. The sauce was flavorful and vegetables were okay. Staff were friendly.

The fish tasted fresh. I got the catfish with lemon, white rice, and veggie medley. The veggies are not yhe frozen bag kind and the catfish was perfectly cooked.

My daughter had my 80th birthday party of eight ladies there. The food service was excellent. We also had different fish selections. The owner Tony was very gracious and so was his staff.

I don’t know why this restaurant isn’t packed with customers the food was very tasty. I had the Rib special on Friday yum yum yum the coleslaw was delicious. friendly service . I returned on Saturday for the fish and chips very good. I highly recommend Louies Chicken and fish grill. My new favorite Restaurant in Upland.

Terrible greasy food. Paid $12 for a Greek salad without protein.

had the fish chips and shrimp comboeverything was really tasty. the cole slaw had raisins which was unexpected though it was more texture weirdness than flavor as they soaked up the dressing. i wasn't sure if there were side options for getting salt or lemon wedges anywhere.was enough to have leftovers for later from two lunches.

What a shame. This was a wonderful family restaurant with organic and locally sourced food, turned into "just another walk in place".I ordered tilapia. I don't know if it was the undercooked fish or the black char from the grill, but something was off.I brought it back and the girl looked at me in disbelief, and said I must be tasting the lemon. I traded it for roasted chicken that must have been cooked in the morning, as the skin was brown and leathery. It was dry and just fell apart.Although not bad, gone is the fresh dill in the previous owner's signature potatoe salad.The grilled zucchini was good.Waitess was sitting in the back on her phone and never offered water, so I walked back to ask for a cup and a To Go box. No stars for service.Maybe I can salvage the $12 chicken by adding mayonnaise and make chicken salad.The old owner's should have kept the name because this isn't evenclose to the Louie's I knew. No Bueno.☹️

My husband and I have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed with our meal. Mahi Mahi and Tilapia plates are my favorite. Food is always fresh and flavorful. Staff is very friendly
