I asked for no salt on my fries and my fish filet was burnt. I asked the manger to replace it and because I her it's burnt and she told me no that's how they make them and insisted that she would fix my order this time but next time she would not. Clearly it was over a half of container of fries and 2 bites of the fish sandwich. This is horrible customer service and I don't know who left her In Charge

Year after year McDonald's just seems to dip lower in their points. As of this day Christina will no longer buy their food but thumbs up for their coffee.
Now if they can just pay attention when I say three creams INSIDE the coffee.

I called six times today starting at 5:49 p.m. Only twice did a girl pick up the phone, and both times she deliberately hung up after I asked about the availability of the Grinch meal. Disgusting customer service. I won’t be going back to McDonald’s.

This is the most dirty and unorganized McDonalds I've ever seen. It's close to my house but for six years it's been chaos. When you go inside the restaurant, there's trash everywhere.They let the kids from the school get out of control.Throwing food trash cups and nobody says anything.I'm not sure how the health department has.It came in here and taking a look at how filthy.This restaurant is. Very unorganized Nobody knows what they're doing. Employees are running around like they've never worked a day in their life. In fast food, the manager's got a line of people trying to complain. This is the worst McDonald's. I have ever seen in my entire life.

All they do is mess up orders. I order a simple meal. A burger with just ketchup. And somehow they consistently mess up. Either the wrong orders, or adding random things to the burger I specifically asked not to do. Out of every time I go there they get it right maybe 20 percent of the time. That’s sad and the people serving the food should be fired. How are they gonna get paid 20 dollars an hour and still mess everything up back to back to back. Go to literally any other McDonald’s
