Worst customer service and wait time. Avoid if you expect to be treated as a human being paying for a service.

The wait time here is ridiculous. I been waiting 30 minutes for my food to be ready. They always forget something on my order as well. The lady manager seems nice but her staff has no sense of urgency whatsoever.

The past few times I’ve been to this location has been total chaos. There’s never any pickup parking spots after they send you over there from the drive through. Everyone seems scrambled and short staffed.

Waiting for 15 minutes inside to order pay with cash. 4 people in line. No one acknowledged us until I spoke up, and only then employee said to wait and started ranting. I told her to stop wasting time arguing and help us. She was very rude.

Terrible food quality. Bacon McDouble came with nasty tasting dried out burgers, Big Mac was completely missing from my order, and the Filet of Fish buns were not even aligned close, meaning I had to tear the sandwich apart and reassemble. After paying $40 for multiple items, I expected McDonalds corporate quality, not what I received. Then when I called, they weren't even apologetic, lying about the old burgers they gave me. I will not order from this McDonalds again and will report them to McDonalds Corporate for bad service and food.

The sign on the door says 24hrs, I have also spoken to other managers who've confirmed that is the time it is open, 24hrs. I do uber eats, I just had to cancel a $12 order because the employees on the inside said they where not taking anymore orders. I tried to call and speak to a manager and he pretended that he couldn't hear me ( I called twice, once on speaker the other regular) this is false advertising and is unacceptable. If your sign on your front door says anything other than 24hrs then by all means you have the right to close, but it doesn't it says open 24hrs dining room and drive thru. This affects potential money I would have made as well as a waste of resources like gas and time.

Twice I have been there in the early evening my mom luvs the fish fillets and a strawberry shake. Both times in the same week there shakes machine was down. Very disappointing.
