Lol at all the reviews about free refills, read the news folks. McDonald's stop putting free refills at all their locations. Clean new remodel location. Clean bathroom. Clean dining area. They also have a cool pickup, only side door. Very modern and lots of kiosk to order from. This is the new McDonald's. Only thing I agree is there's no play area for kids.

Drive through lady had a little additive but overall good experience. This was the only place we could find. Normally I dont go to McDonald's. Im not a fan of the food. I was very hungry so it was good :) oceanside is a tourist spot so service is a must. Be cheery when interacting with your customers. They will remember it next time they come. If anything they might leave a good review

First off walking in, there's this awful smell 😫 there was no menu on the walls ,only kiosk, no refills on sodas ,no playground for kids ,service was ok but to be honest worst set up ever in a McDonald's they could of done better

You guys are absolutely crazy. Your prices are outrageous. What used to cost for five dollars is now almost 20 for as much as it cost for one small breakfast meal. I can make breakfast for two weeks.

Im really upset at this location. Been coming for years since I work down the street and eat inside and I went in today and they said their location does not offer refills. How do they not offer refills? Employees were very rude.

They took way to long to give orders already the second time and when I got my Big Mac they burnt the bread didn’t put enough sauce they need to hire more people and people who know how to cook
Whoever worked this shift idek where to start. 1) it took them over 5m to even address us at the window 2) in that time I got to see everyone standing around laughing making themselves drinks 3) after finally being addressed (mind u he looked very surprised i was even there) he took payment and disappeared for another 5m (before closing got to hear someone say “remember the good days when we closed at 12” 4) in that time I saw a girl peek onto the pos system eating food, when I looked she ran off 5) when they finally handed me the order I asked if it as everything and went through it and he smiled and said yeah 6) got out of drive thru to find it wasnt even close to half. 7) fries were cold and borderline stale tasting 8) whipped back around annoyed as all hell and asked if I could have the rest of my order 9) same kid came back to hand off order and was borderline laughing in my face saying my bad 10) my order was wrong and at this point I gave up I know these are all kids but on so many levels disgusting to be eating where u prep food, horrible communication, and all around terrible service and food was cold thanks to all the above issues and wait

The remodel of McDonald's is beautiful. Customer service was great. Only reyi gave 4 stars because my Burgers were cold but my fries were fresh like I asked.

We ordered table service, a bit slow we received our burgers were cold and then all four of us refused an iced tea refill! We've been to many McDonald's in the US and this is the very first time we are denied a refill. We will not be returning to this location again. They have very few employees, kiosk ordering or Phone Application ONLY at this location. And while saving thousands of dollars refusing refills for it's customers. Terrible Decision!
