I’d tell you that this McDonald’s was good service or good food but despite them supposedly being open there was none in the drive thru to take an order and all of their doors were locked. I tried to get someone’s attention through the window but the couple of people in there just ignored me. They shouldn’t have wasted the money upgrading this building.

I ordered online for fast service, got to the counter waited 38 minutes the manager and employee got annoyed when I ask for my order and disappeared to the back came back out asked what was the order and disappeared again, came back out asked me for the name on the order and disappeared again just to give me a cold missing items breakfast. Really disappointed don't ever going back to this location

Nobody inside and my took 30 min to be served well building is new and nice but customer service suck before there were gree refill No more my son ask for refill his cup with water 10 m so bad service if want a good McDonald's go to the one mountain ave in ontario or central in chino good service I rather have good service then a new building

AVOID LOCATION! Allergic reaction! 2nd visit @ location last night and the service was awful. Teenage boys playing around and not paying attention. They’re smart asses at this location. Once I got my food I had an allergic reaction to the food and they were laughing while giving me the food. My lips and tongue started burning and got swollen. Today my tongue is burned and my lips are burned as well. They tampered with the cheeseburger I had. Not sure what they put in the food but if you have family don’t come here please. They will mess with your food.
I can’t wait for robots and ai to completely take their jobs. This location is terrible! The first time going after the remodel they had us sit in line for almost 30 mins waiting for an iced coffee. So we just left without our item.

Super rude staff, they destroyed the originality of the classic McDonald’s with this disgusting new look, my orders are always wrong, and they never open on time, I tried to go at 5am, 30 minutes after they were supposed to open, yet they were still closed. They are no longer giving free refills and sauces as well, they have ruined this location

Absolutely the worst experience.
We stopped in for a “quick bite,” and that was a huge mistake. For a newer restaurant, the operation was shockingly bad. We waited 40 minutes for basic food while a skeleton crew hid in the back. There was no one at the counter, no one cleaning the lobby, and no one available to answer a single question about our order.

We literally had to ask about our food just to get them to even start preparing it. And we didn’t order anything complicated—just a few value meals and a couple of Happy Meals. What we eventually got was barely warm, thrown together, and missing items. The workers clearly didn’t care and acted annoyed when we asked for our drinks and the food we paid for.

This visit was beyond disappointing. After this disaster, I regret ever stopping here, and I won’t be eating at McDonald’s again.

Rating this location a one star all around due to the experience. I stopped to eat dinner before heading to work and there was a homeless guy inside walking around. Yes it seemed he had bought a soda but I will say the staff should do a better job of checking what he was doing. I didn’t fully enjoy my meal as the man kept approaching asking for food and money at moments little aggressively. Basically the entire time it was me having to eat my meal and keeping an eye on him that he wouldn’t try something. The staff should be trained on keeping a better eye that their customers don’t get harassed or bothered like that.

The don't have Baby changing tables. The don’t have refills but the sign is off to the side so you can’t read it. They don’t have anyone posted in the front area at all time and don’t have a bell so you have to stand there and hope someone walks by.
