Update 11/15/2023: We gave it another shot and are so happy that we did! A completely different experience from our last few visits and the positive vibe was wonderful! Pizza cooked to perfection by some very polite and pleasant folks, we look forward to making MOD Pizza our regular grub when we visit our son at college again!

I walked in this afternoon and was greeted by a young lady. The place was not busy at all, there was 1 other person besides me and he was eating. I was disappointed that my pizza came out burnt. It was not terrible but I definitely not enjoyable. I will definitely look elsewhere for this type of pizza

Shoutout ANDY, ALYSSA, LOGAN!!! The vibes at MOD Pizza, immaculate. I felt just like I was in Italy with mods. I would give the hot honey sauce six out of five stars if I could. Great customer service the staff was top-notch. They even put Captain Steve Rogers on the box like I asked I hate when pizza restaurants don’t put Steve Rogers on the box like I ask.

I'll just leave this here. Glad Door Dash gave me a full refund. This is what quality is apparently now.
Vegan cheeze and sausage always on the menu. Nice selection of veggies and their sauce options are so good.

Usually have a great experience here but this last time was not as great. Food was fine but the customer service was horrible. The worker seems angry that we were there at 8:20 when they close at 11pm. He was very rushed and sloppy making our food. He also snapped at us a few times. My mom asked if he could add a couple extra of an Ingredient and he huffed at her. Definitely a bummer since this used to be a favorite. I completely understand having a long or tired day and being slightly less animated but this was just unprofessional and rude.

In a completely empty restaurant, it took my mom's order, a italian chop salad, and my order, a create your own pizza, 40 minutes to get done. In addition, my mom asked for more cheese, which she got after an eye roll, and when I asked for more cheese on my pizza she added half a handful and said "Is that enough cheese now?". I used to really like this location, but I will not be coming back here.
