I’m just so tired of my order being consistently wrong. I ordered it online with delivery. I ordered 4 drinks with no ice and you could see the amount of ice that I got. I pulled the ice out of my drinks and they were 40% full after I removed the ice. I also ordered my drinks with extra ginger and didn’t receive that either. You could tell because ginger is very potent. I love nectar and that’s why I order from there, but my order is wrong about a third of the time. So if your order is right, you’re gonna enjoy it. If your order is wrong, you’re gonna be extremely disappointed just like me.

The employees here are so NICE! I’ve watched a handful of regular employees come and go, but every time there’s someone new working they are always pleasant and courteous. I’ve been eating at Nektar for 10+ years and I’ve been to plenty of diff locations all over, and this one is my fav! Consistent product and service. Thanks for keeping me loyal! 😊

I’ll give service a zero theirs no nektar where I live so I drove almost an hour to this location we came to order the waffles specifically tell me why they refused to make the waffles because they said they cleaned everything already but it wasn’t anytime near closing I have worked for many places and you aren’t supposed to shut anything off hours before closing or refuse service very poor customer service and waste of a drive

I love Nekter! Every single time I would get a açaí bowl or orange crush, it’s always so delicious and so tasty. If I were to go to a smoothie place or go to a place that’s healthy, I would DEFINITELY go to Nekter! Thank you for all the delicious smoothies and açaí bowls u guys make! 5 stars!!

I had an excellent experience. I ordered in the app and the smoothie was done before the time it was suggested. I walked in and was asked if I had ordered ahead. I was asked my name and then turned around with my smoothie. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I love how I was able to customize my smoothie right in the app as well.

I placed an online order and received the call almost immediately from the location as they were out of an item. The employee was very nice and offered me options for the inconvenience. I was glad to have them surprise me with an alternative. The pickup was ready immediately and I was very satisfied with my purchase the location is beautiful they keep the store very clean all of the workers were efficient I will definitely be back sometime soon.
Parking: The parking lot is very busy so you may not find a parking space right in front but there are many rows to choose from

I ordered to go items for a meeting I was hosting on 9/9/23. This was my first time at Nekter, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Hailey, was knowledgeable and so helpful with guiding me through what would work best for what I was attempting to do. The parfaits I ordered were a hit! Thank Hailey for being so kind and patient with me. This was a great experience.
