The cashier who was a male was very kind and brought my table an extra plate. The food taste great. What killed it was the HUGE cockroach under my table!!!! That routines anyone appetite. The manager or owner (not sure who he was) was present and came to catch the bug, but did not take the time to apologize or say a word to my family and I. I think that’s very inconsiderate. Definitely not coming back.

We spent over $200 on catering for a party, only to arrive and discover that no sauces and no salad dressings were included. When we called to ask about it, we were told we needed to get them ourselves — seriously? For an order meant to serve 20 people, we’re expected to stand there and fill individual sauce cups?
This was incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable for a catering experience. Nowhere were we informed that sauces or dressings weren’t included, and had we not called, we would’ve assumed it was just forgotten.
Catering should come ready to serve — that includes the sauces and dressings. This lack of basic communication and preparation reflects very poorly on the service at this location. I won’t be ordering from here again.

1 hr waits no appologies to customers and forget my order I ask where is my order she apply oh shit we forgot your order very disorganized worst dining experienced ever!! Do not waste money food is so mess up we decided to make to go they burnt all my katsu and galbi!!! Highly recomand other hawaiian bbq!!
Kid-friendliness: There is no high chairs and no kids friendliness if you have kids do not go there !!
I order here very frequently. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, especially Roy. They rarely get my orders wrong and if they do, they don't hesitate on getting it fixed without giving you trouble. I'm not saying that because I'm a regular either, I see the staff with other customers and the interactions are always top notch. The food is always on point. Always fresh. Great flavor. Good portion sizes as well.
I went here late at night after a Beetlejuice event in Hollywood and I was so hungry after all that moving and fun so we went here to eat and The food was.. AMAZING! I was eating it up like no tomorrow nothing was dry everything was perfect and I really want to go back again. Service was good and the Atmosphere was good too it was quiet and comfortable.
