The service was fast, and even though I asked for separate orders the service was friendly. The orders were all correct and the food was very tasty! The restaurant is clean and the condiment station was perfect. This is my favorite 'Ono.

Just ate this yesterday and got undercooked chicken. Now I have food poisoning. This is unacceptable. Watch how you make food please. This is very unsettling and detrimental. Very unhappy.
Ordered takeout from this place and found a hair in my food. It was really disappointing and ruined my appetite. I hope the restaurant improves its hygiene standards

I have been wanting to come to Ono Hawaiian BBQ since I moved to Ontario. Today, I was looking for lunch and decided to try the place.
The place is bright, clean, well stocked of supplies and staff was courteous, helpful and very friendly.
I had their combo BBQ chicken and beef, veggies, macaroni salad and rice. There were alot of chicken, beef and veggies. If you don't want rice, you can ask for more macaroni salad. I had alot to bring home for dinner.
