FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THEE YOUNG WOMEN AT THE ORDER REGISTER THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME AT ONO. SHE GAVE NO INFORMATION WHEN WE ORDERED LIKE WHAT COMES WITH THE PLATES. WE WERE TOTALLY CONFUSED & WHILE WAITING FOR OUR FOOD WENT UP & ASKED QUESTIONS. ALL SHE ASKED WAS WHAT WE WANTED. THEN RANG IT UP. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL. THIS IS A JOB FOR A PEOPLE PERSON.

The service was fast, and even though I asked for separate orders the service was friendly. The orders were all correct and the food was very tasty! The restaurant is clean and the condiment station was perfect. This is my favorite 'Ono.

I have been wanting to come to Ono Hawaiian BBQ since I moved to Ontario. Today, I was looking for lunch and decided to try the place.

The place is bright, clean, well stocked of supplies and staff was courteous, helpful and very friendly.

I had their combo BBQ chicken and beef, veggies, macaroni salad and rice. There were alot of chicken, beef and veggies. If you don't want rice, you can ask for more macaroni salad. I had alot to...
