Outback Steakhouse...where can I start? This place is truly amazing. I’ve never been disappointed by the food. The steaks are always tender, juicy, and cooked just right. The service is consistently great, and the overall experience never fails.
The Upland location, in particular, has become a staple for our family. We try to go at least once a week or every other week. It’s our go-to spot and favorite place to dine. Outback never lets us down!

The steak was mediocre at best. Surprisingly as this is a steak house. Stop going years ago because of this. Having tried again...we will not be returning. The booth we were in had a fly circling the area. The waitress was attentive and pleasant.

The potato soup was old and over salted... we waited over 30 minutes before our steaks came..steaks were not cooked to order and tough..cheese cake was frozen...we won't be back..had it not been for the server..this would have been a total failure. (We were there at 5pm)

I asked for a steak a la carte. The server said “i am informing you that i will need to ask my manager to see of he can”. I had definite used car sales vibe.
I stated that i wont be ordering of i have to pay for sides i wont eat.
Server then told me i was being difficult. Bruh, project much?
I decided this server did jot deserve a commission for being my server. So I left. I wont be back to any outback ever again. I thought they could do a simple steak. They could not.

This really sucks I drove a long way to get to Outback today, I checked online to confirm their hours today and the website stated they were open so I headed over after I received a promo for walk about Wednesday, I thought that sounds like dinner today 😁! But when I walked up they were filming a movie and told me they are currently closed, a guy gave me a card for blooming onion which I can't eat, this is total B.S. !!!!!!
