I posted a review on Christmas Eve with a 1 star so I could get the information to the manager, the real manager, Eli, the manager called my daughter and took care of what the bad incident was about so I took that off the reviews the one star thank you Eli for taking care of the situation

I did a to-go order. It said it would be ready at 5:31 so I got there 5 minutes early. After waiting 15 minutes and no food so I called and the lady said its ready and she will send someone out. Waited another 10 minutes then physically went inside and asked the 1st person I see. She goes in the back and some guy that works there is walking behind talking badly saying he was the only one doing to-go orders and I need to wait. Seriously? Now my food is cold! Will never go here again. And that white guy needs to be fired!
Update: They forgot all my sides! No potatoes or sweet potato! And the food was ice cold! Unbelievable! Manager was very kind and refunded my order and I appreciate that! So changing to 3 stars but this was so upsetting. I would suggest not doing take out during busy times. I learned my lesson.
Thank you again to the very kind and sweet manager Maddie. She was very helpful & de-escalated the whole situation. She needs a raise having to deal with employees like that!

First off, we go here all of the time. This time was horrible. Visiting for a small birthday dinner and I was embarrassed. Tried to treat my dad and everything was wrong. Steaks cooked wrong, service was poor, salads were wilted. We went early to avoid the crowds and still had slow service. Will not go back!

Was quickly seated on a Friday night, and our waitress Kate was absolutely excellent. The food came out quickly, it tastes great and Kate made sure we had our drinks topped off and anything else we needed. She took the time to make us feel special. Will definitely come back and see if we can have her as our waitress again!

The waitresses were awesome they took our order no problem they offered us their best and they treated us with respect they gave us the right food that we asked for and the cook made the food delicious I left with my wife after we enjoyed our anniversary meal We left and we were happy I would say please give the Raises all around My last visit between Outback was terrible and this Outback restored our faith in good food and community
