Two stars for what looked like a nice, clean shop with a decent selection. One star for lack of any sort of service. I’m assuming the multiple people walking around in black shirts and pants were employees, but no way to tell for sure as all I got were a few weird looks and the rest just didn’t even know I was in there. I ended up putting my pricey quart of Rosa sauce back and walked out. Surely their food is great, but I cannot STAND that sort of weirdness when I go into shops. Huge turnoff. And I’m just a normal-looking lady, nothing weird going on, on this end.

I finally got around to trying this spot after a stop at the post office, and I’m so happy I did. The interior is cozy with many offerings, and everyone working there was warm and welcoming.
I opted for the cold turkey focaccia sandwich and it is so satisfying. The bread is tender with a light crisp, very well seasoned, pesto is not overbearing, and the turkey is outstanding (?!) like how? Plus, loaded with arugula and thick slices of tomato, it is well balanced.
They have some other hot and cold menu options, a plethora of sides, and great daily pasta specials, so I am hoping to try one of those next time.
Would def recommend if you’re in the area.

How as a pasta shop do you not have fresh pasta?? They literally had nothing and I came in at 11:30. They didnt even have packaged or fresh-frozen fettuccine. This is why I go to Claro’s. Terrible service.

Maria is a pleasure to see when we visit & the rest of her staff is friendly as well. We’ve enjoyed coming here for the past 10 + years ☺️ hot turkey with side of Caprese salad with a chocolate sea salt cookie is absolutely delicious 🤤 😋 it definitely doesn’t skip out on flavor and size ! 10/10 😉

Padua offers amazing food, quality and service. Large selection of Italian grocery items, as well as a hot bar, sandwiches to order, deserts and fresh pasta made every day. The sandwiches are our go to, the Padua special you can't go wrong. Pair with a sprinkle cookie and you are set.

Selling there cookies for $4.95. So overpriced $3.50 max. Used to buy , now do not go in. Much better other options

I frequent Padua, especially for their sandwiches. It is very popular, so pick your time carefully or better, call your order in to save time. There were 16 people in line or waiting for food yesterday and I did not have enough time to wait 30-40 minutes. I will still go back as their food is excellent.

Very nice deli. A lot of good choices to eat and prepared food. The turkey sandwich i had was delicious. They just didn't have avocado to add to my sandwich.
This is the best place to pick up lunch and dinner. The sandwiches are fantastic and the grab and go dinner specials change everyday. We love the pasta and the Friday pizza options are delicious. I recommend parking in the public lot across the street since their parking lot is small.

All I can say is wow! The sandwiches here are absolutely phenomenal. I stopped by to grab a few for lunch, and every bite was packed with flavor. I also picked up some freshly baked bread, which was just as delicious. They make their own pasta in house, which I didn’t get to try this time but we’ll definitely be back for that! I also noticed they offer frozen meals, which I unfortunately spotted after I had already paid (next time for sure!). The store is clean and well kept, and both the cashier and the sandwich maker were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic lunch stop and a great experience all around!
