Small store, constant line, not much seating. BUT the orange chicken was fresh and crunchy and nicely spiced. The chow mein was better than my friends Mom makes! 🤯

Super small portions… Especially when you order on the App…. You get home and only have a couple pieces is Orange Chicken. A lot of rice… but small portions of meat.
It was busy I understand that but the service was just ok

Great food but I've been spoiled by other Chinese food restaurants whose serving sizes are considerably larger for the amount you pay. But they were open later than others so they win in that department

This was a good location to go to until yesterday. I went to pick up my online order as I have in the past and was completely ignored from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was here a few weeks ago and had to wait for an employee to hand me my online order which was understandable and a quick experience. Yesterday I eventually ended up having to grab my own order from basically the kitchen area and search through other orders since not 1 person wanted to help me. I even said "excuse me" to one of the workers and it was like I wasn't standing in front of her. After returning home I was extremely disappointed with how my food was portioned. If you order black pepper sirlon steak don't expect any steak, only broccoli stocks and mushrooms. Definitely going to a different location from now on.

Restaurant was far from near closing time yet the food was dry and hard and under sauced. The meal was disappointing given the quality I've come to expect from Panda

I love Panda Express, but reason I won’t give 5 stars in the location is because they seem to be stingy when it comes to their portions. I had to ask for extra chowmein, something I’ve never done at a Panda Express. The portions on the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were a little below normal.
Vegetarian options: I guess plant based orange chicken

I've eaten at many places but I find the food here bland and not as delicious as other places. And the sales seem to be less (stingy).

Bryanah is rude. Came in today 9-28-24 and had to wait for an item over 15 mins so I asked her how much longer, simple question right…. She says with an attitude that they only have one cook.Cleary I can see that! And the proceeds to say something under her breath. She needs training on how to respond appropriately to paying customers. Other items were brought out before my item which I thought maybe he forgot Idk.. I just wanted to get a simple response. She needs proper customer etiquette! You’re never suppose to argue with a customer and it was a simple question.

This is the place where I always buy my food and we love everything they offer there but today the food was not good at all I think the cooks were not there the stew had no flavor and the pumpkins are bitter it was strange it had never happened to us The rice tasted homemade, sorry but your food wasn't delicious today.
Visited this Panda Express on Tuesday August 7, 2024 at appox. 7pm. A lady kindly greeted me, I feel that she was the owner of this franchise. I was really hungry and a vegetarian. I only wanted the rice and noodles. She told me that I would have to pay full price as if I was getting the meat too. Instead of the entree for $10.30, I opted for the $8.80 bowl. She appeared a lil frustrated because she had already started making the $10.30 serving. This $10 transaction (including taxes) felt like a collossal rip-off, but I was hungry. The very next day I went to the Panda Express in Apple Valley near my house and ordered the same thing, a scoop of noodles and rice. They put it in the big serving dish and only charged me $4.60. So for a side order with a normal 10,000-20,000 % mark-up, I was charged double at this location here in Upland. I did a lil homework and the math. I don't know the rules of Panda Express, but I do feel discriminated against and treated 2nd class. Maybe they have 2 price lists and rules at the Upland location. The inflationary prices already represent the fleecing of the people, but to be charged double, how fair is that? If they stole from me, I don't want it to happen to anyone else.
