I went in with my wife and ordered the $15.00 special x 2. Bryannah was our server. When I asked for half and half chow mein and rice she skimped on the chow mein. And I asked for orange chicken which is our favorite, and she skimped on that too. Meaning giving us a small one scoop which was less than other Pandas.All other Panda Expresses give a good amount of food, but this Bryannah server only gives one small scoop. You feel like youre not getting your money's worth.Here's the bad part: I asked nicely if I could have more of the orange chicken and more of the chow mein like all other Panda Expresses do. She not only didn't do it, but she ignored me and talked to my wife about what else she wanted. Totally ignoring me. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. Her name is Bryannah and she will cheat you out of your food that is already $32 for 2 people. Prices are high enough everywhere so you should at least get your money's worth. And also I had to call the manager to give me the right amount of food for the money! This is the one on Mountain Ave in Upland. Go to the Montclair Mall one. They treat you better!

They were even so kind to take their time and help me find my wallet by diligently searching through their store and cameras. When they didn't have to. Now that's great customer service. They are really cool here in order the two item plate because I love the super greens the chow mein, the orange chicken and of course the Beijing beef but I ordered a large mango watermelon drink and it was delicious.They do really good here !!

Was first one in the morning ordered a bowl and 3 boxes was asked to wait 5 minutes for an item which was no worry , but when it came to my (medium) boxed item walnut shrimp she slowly went through the dish as if she was picking which ones to put in my box and when it came to finally to finish my box she didn't even get close to filling up the box she could of added 3 more shrimps she even looked at it before closing it and shook it a bit so it could sink in..
