I wanted to get some ice for my drink but the repairman was working on it. So I asked one the Managers there if she could get some ice from the kitchen. She said you can get it from the ice machine I said but he'll let you it. So I went back to ice machine and the repairman said did you need something I said yes some ice. The repairman said I'm working on it so I went back to the Manager her name is Cheyanne and said the repairman said to get it from you. So she reluctantly gave me some ice. I was tempted to call Corporate.

I noticed that the Ciabatta Dippers were back. I missed them last year so I had to make sure I didn't miss them this time around.
I stopped by on Saturday night, 10/18/25. I didn't see anyone looking too eager to take my order so I gave the kiosk a shot. It wasn't too difficult to figure out. I ordered a whole French Ciabatta Dipper to go and then sat down on the bench by the pickup area. About 10 minutes later, my name was called. I grabbed my bag and headed out the door.
When got home, I opened it up. It didn't look quite as meaty as the photos depict so I pulled the top off. There was actually a decent amount of beef on there.
I pulled the lid off of the French onion soup and took a dip. My taste buds were quite happy. It was pretty tasty.
Two final thoughts... I was stuffed when I was done. I think that sandwich was bigger than it looked. AND... they're kinda stingy with the soup (see photo). It was a small cup that was only half full. I know... it's just supposed to be for dipping but a little more would be nice.
Anyway... I would definitely order that again.

I ordered take two combo. Half each of tomato soup and Mediterranean veg sandwich. Both are delicious. But a warning for diabetes patients.These items sharply raised my blood sugars beyond 300. Given the obesity and diabetes epidemic, Panera should make healthier food with less carbs.

Came after an appointment and I had yet to try thier breakfast. I got a souffle, which was just egg in a basket, and the basket was a crossiant. Not very filling for 2 breakfast items (I met someone there) and 2 drinks, and paid almost $40.
I originally wanted to order soup in a bread bowl but there only seemed to be Mac n cheese.

Restaurant is always dirty. Floor looks as though they are only vacuumed once a week. Last few times there we could only find one table that had not been cleaned. Had to ask employee to wipe of table and seats so we could sit down. Looks as though only 3 employees were running this restaurant even on Saturday nights.

And if you’re lucky enough to have Ana at the register, you’re in for an even bigger treat. She’s incredibly kind, super welcoming, and just makes the whole experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does. 💛
Between the delicious food and top-notch service, I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Panera, you’ve got a gem in Ana!
