The food was delicious. I hade an avocado bacon sandwich with a fresh apple. The service was impeccable.

A visit to Panera Bread was transformed by Ana.R., the cashier, whose infectious smile and attentiveness brightened my morning. She patiently answered questions, offered perfect bagel recommendations, and made the ordering process a pleasure. Her genuine friendliness and pride in her work made my Panera experience a delightful way to start the day.

Line was long, with only 1 person working the register. Male employee behind the food counter was observed coughing over the food without covering his mouth. Not a good day for

I just love the food here. The only real complaint we have is the are no more servers bringing out your food. I understand the stupid pandemic changed a lot of things, but here's the complaint. The people that take your order are wonderful. But why do we have the option to tip them. I would not mind tipping someone who brings my food out to me (like before), but when you pay with a card you have the option (and I realize that 'option' is the key word here) to pay the gal who takes your order. Not only that, but there's another container that accepts cash tips right next to the register. That's almost as bad as tipping the cashiers at a fast food restaurant. I know Pandera has more class than that. And while we were there, a table left and left their dishes on the table. They were stacked nice and neat, but the gal who came out to wipe down the tables (and yes, she could have been a little more thorough) looked around and was a little disgusted that she actually had to pick them up. But to us, that was a minor detail. The major drop in stars was the tipping issue. But thank you for the great food!!!!

The customer service at this particular Panera Bread location is subpar. The person in charge of handing out pick-up orders should make an effort to use a friendlier tone. Instead, she uses a rude, demanding tone. I don't know her name, but she is a young girl with blonde hair and tall who does not cover her hair to prevent cross-contamination. Additionally, another girl in charge of the cashiers has a similar demeanor. Most Panera Bread locations hire more friendly people. This was an evening time.

Whew, where do I start. First off, I love panera bread but my experience tonight was interesting. I came in with my family at 7:00, the restaurant closes at 9:00. When going to order, they said there was no baguettes for sides and no tomato basil bread for the bacon turkey bravo. Additionally, about 90% of the tables indoors were dirty. I went to use the restroom and the floors were covered in puddles of soapy water (just cleaned but completely wet) and the soap dispenser broke off! Food was good as always and my father spoke to the manager and received sides of bread that they said they had?? and they gave us a cookie to apologize. Just a strange experience overall.

I volunteered for a school event and they brought us food from this location and it was actually better than I expected. The food is well made and not bland which is what I heard it had been mediocre.

I ordered a warm teriyaki bowl and it's look like a nasty bowl. Nasty place, service and everything doesn't recommend to anyone this place. Never go to this Panera Bread anymore. Had a bread in the side don't want to eat that S...T. I already read other comments and agree with those people who share with their bad experience with this place. Also I talked to my co workers and everyone share the same bad experience with this place. Cashier even tried to over charge too. Never go to this place again. Never recommend to anyone anymore. I don't wont even give a one star for this place. shouldn't have any stars.

Mark my word. I will NEVER give another dime to Panera Bread again. While their food is decently tasty, the value, portion-sizes, and prices are extremely sub-par. Despite my consistent anti-Panera feelings, I was feeling sick this week and knew soup should be on the menu. Against my judgement (in a weak moment), I ordered a few types of soup (specifically a bowl of Turkey chili for the hubs, a cup of broccoli cheddar, and Mac n' cheese in a sourdough bowl), two cookies, and a regular mango smoothie. The three soups each came with a small french baguette on the side. The cost? $70+. Unreal. Although the bread bowl is an upcharge, you are given a cup portion size. NOT worth the extra money. Panera will cost you an arm and a leg. You'll also need to eat the other arm and leg after being left hungry from their poor portions and lack of funds left for another meal. How are they still in business?
