we waited 25 minutes to get serviced, the server walked past our table MULTIPLE times didn’t even make eye contact or asked if we wanted beverages and when we left they posted our table from the security camera on instagram saying we dine & dashed even though we paid FULLY .. even after the lack of customer service. never again.

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When we walked in, we stood waiting for a few minutes but no one acknowledged us, so we eventually found a table and sat down ourselves. After sitting for about 10 minutes, we had to look around for menus before they were finally brought to us. The restaurant didn’t appear very busy, yet the server seemed stressed and overwhelmed. When we left after our meal, we still thanked her, but she didn’t respond. I honestly almost regretted leaving the $15 cash tip on the table given the lack of service and acknowledgment. Hopefully this was just an off night, but the overall experience made us feel ignored.

Super service, stopped by for the Parade, stayed for Paulie's. Great customer service.
They have great pizzas, but if you sit in dining room they will forget about you. We were served drink's and or food once, then they forgot to check on us as I was dying of thirst. We eventually had to ask for our check at the bar, terrible service!

The pizza here is super delicious—definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while! You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavor was on point. The service is a bit slow, but that’s understandable since the place gets pretty busy. The only downside (and it’s a big one) is that there were bugs on the booth where I sat. That really needs to be addressed—cleanliness is just as important as good food. I’d love to come back, but only if they take care of that issue.

Despite being a bar, food is amazing and a great value! *During NFL football season, Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 1pm there is a Menudo & Pesole bar, 9$ for a single bowl or 15$ for unlimited. Menudo tasted amazing and the bowls are huge so just 1 is enough. Pizza cost is a little high, 21$ for a 12” pepperoni and sausage, but the taste beyond justifies it: Crust is crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside. Toppings and cheese all had great flavor. Service was great. It is a bar so the atmosphere can be a little loud and a few patrons might smell like cigarettes.
