I placed an order October 25th. My order was $56.06 and was wrong. I called immediately to notify them and offer to take it back. The manager, Mark, said there would be a store credit for the whole order. I called today to redeem and he mentioned there was never a note and he could only do $25. Not only did he cuss at me, he hung up. I am very disappointed at how stores allow managers to treat customers this way. I will never step foot in this store again even if offered a full refund.

Last night I ordered a medium pizza craving a warm pizza, after ordering and waiting, I kept checking the door and never saw my pizza after 10 mins when they said it be here I see my pizza at the bottom of the stairs of my apartment where anyone could have grabbed it never notified it was there not a ring at the door bell or anything the pizza was cold and poorly madei honestly prefer my money back it was a disappointment all around.

The pizza was expensive paying $36 for a lrg 3 topping pizza and 6 wings, that is crazy!! The pizza barely had toppings on it. For 3 toppings you shouldn't be able to see mostly cheese. Very unhappy won't be going

I ordered a special a large 3 topping. They forgot one of the toppings and seem a bit light handed with the other 2 toppings. Pizza was not made with the idea that I paid 25 dollars in mind. How would you feel if I gave you what you gave me for $25?
