Lady with glasses the red dyed hair has serious attitude. Doesn’t care about the customers. Extremely slow… I had to interrupt them cleaning and ask why are they not preparing food? The guy in the hoodie with the hood over his head looked clueless and had no idea what was going on. I did not see even one person wash their hands before touching any food or packaging the items.
Update: Owner likes to reply back, defending his lazy crew, talking about how they know it can be frustrating while waiting. Has nothing to do with frustration of wait time. It’s that lady that only cares about what she’s doing. Acts like she’s being bothered every time I’ve been in there. Just like another comment - low energy. The whole crew seems like they don’t even want to be there. I literally had to interrupt their cleaning so they could check on the food. They didn’t wash their hands before touching food while they were cleaning. The other guy has his hood over his head while serving people. Very unprofessional.
And then they give thumbs down to the driver only after they see that I’ve written a review. Get it together…!
