Awesome food and killer staff!! Hands down the number one stop to get a truly healthy meal at an affordable price!! Their team goes over and beyond the call!! I have lived in Upland for over 18 years and have recommended preplife to everyone..ive seen and heard from Upland PD officers who there and lets be honest PD always knows the good spots..super reasonable on price for what you get. I found out about this place due to intense curiosity and was pleasantly surprised by the variety in the menu and the affordability. I truly enjoyed my meal and will be coming back soon enough.

I love Prep Life! They make my meal prep easy for the week. My favorite is their Sweet Thai Chicken Plate and the macros are what I need for my meal plans. Grateful for their existence and super tasty! You won’t be disappointing 😊
