The young ladies working here are usually rude. Looks cleaner but the service still sucks. I believe their names are Kylee and Kira. Both very demeaning on different occasions. I hope they get better staff. Till then I won’t be returning

dirty, roaches everywhere, everything is disgusting.
EDIT: they cleaned up the store, but it’s still disgusting knowing they had pests here. the workers are incredibly rude and quick to verbally insult and harass people.

My new to go fix! Went here with an open mind and left with a new perspective of how coffee should be made. They do it perfectly. The coffee is strong and smooth. And the service is excellent. Went here with my mom and ordered a Spanish latte and a “The Void.” If you need a strong pick me up, DEFINITELY would recommend this place before hitting up shoping or going to work. Overall, nice service, coffee, and atmosphere, would recommend.

glad a worker exposed them on tiktok, been here and glad I never went back again seeing how the owners don't care about cleanliness with he moldy dirty ice and roaches (pics posted), I'm surprised many people didn't get sick but maybe they associated the sickness to the food they ate instead that day🤮 I'm pretty sure it's like this all locations, boycott and shut them all down

They have changed so much its like its not even the same place, they can keep the cosmetics up. But it won't make a difference with customer service being lame now zero welcoming vibe you can tell its heavily forced for them. Instead of paying the baristas better after the expansion of stores, the pay rate is still low.. the whole vibe is gone

Cool little coffee spot with unique options, every drink looks awesome. Edit: seen many videos online about how dirty the place is and how nasty the ice looked. Yikes can’t believe I even had a drink here 🤮
