Terrible service. I ordered online for pick up, still was left waiting over 20 min for my sub par food. Then, I got jipped on my order. I ordered one large chicken combo and one small chicken combo and they came with the same amount of chicken.

I've been here in line at the Upland location since just before 150pm. It is now 241pm.
I dont understand in the slightest. I keep getting very half hearted "I'm sorry we are so busy" but every car in front of me has only had a single person and there's no one on the inside or trying to order from the inside so I don't know how they could be so busy. When I first got here I only had two cars in front of me so why did it take almost an hour and counting to get through? The menu is very simple it's not like they're serving up anything that's super complicated. There is just no reason for this except for inattentiveness and uncaring nature. There's no way anybody was working because I could see inside the window and there was nobody in the kitchen. The total amount of time I spent talking to somebody was probably less than a minute and that's the only time I ever saw anybody. And I've been sitting here reading reviews and the replies that have been gotten from the owner? Seem almost to be AI written? Or possibly writing fake platitudes to quiet people down since this seems to be an ongoing issue from even 7 months ago. I don't think it's the location or the busyness but rather the people inside the building. There's a Rally's going towards the San Dimas area and I've never not once had a problem with them so I don't understand what the big problem is here. There's an easy solution just don't come to this location.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a respected first responder who was very tired and hungry I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant on May 31 2024 at 12am. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple issues with my order and the rude attitude of your employee.

On that day, I placed an order for four chicken sandwiches and 4 sweet teas, two BBQ chicken crisp meals w/sweet teas through the drive-thru. Despite being the only customer in line, I was asked to park and wait for the chicken to be made fresh. When my order was finally brought out, I received a bag with four fries, I told the employee that I did order this the employee claimed if was extra food for the wait and that the 6 chicken sandwiches were included, in the other bag which my crispy bbq sandwiches were not. I was also given extra ranch as compensation for the wait, but this did not address the missing items.

Upon arriving home, I discovered that my entire order was incorrect. Furthermore, I was overcharged for the items I did receive. When I called the restaurant to rectify the situation, the employee responded with a dismissive "my bad" and hung up on me. Subsequent attempts to contact the restaurant went unanswered.

The employee's unprofessional and rude behavior, combined with the incorrect order and overcharging, has left me extremely dissatisfied. I have serious concerns about the hygiene standards, as the employee who served my food appeared unclean.

This experience has led me to lose trust in your establishment, and I do not intend to patronize Rally's again. I request a full refund for my $50 expenditure and expect corrective measures to be taken with the staff involved.

The girl working the drive thru was extremely rude. This was our first time here so we used the app for the free chicken sandwich and we're met with a terrible attitude. She rolled her eyes and closed the window mid conversation several times. Will not return.

I went today Friday 10 at 1:25 and the girl and the drive thru was really rude she closed the window and I was talking and she didn’t said anything. She had a bad mood!

I wish I could give this place ZERO! Stars. The staff are absolutely the worst. Got left waiting forever for our food, which I wish was the worst of it. Then on top of it the girl in the drive thru stole the cash I gave her and charged the difference on my debit card. I didn't even catch it till later. Got charged a little over $50 total! This was a month ago and no one from rallys has even bothered calling me. Whatever you do, don't split your charge up here and if you do, make sure to check your receipt. Total thieves with the worst customer service. I'll never give this trash company my money or recommendations ever.
