Rally's you're deserts scale over McDonald's, The weiner s, my sister said her burger was great and there French fries are the best.Parking: We used Drive Thru. Can see they have plenty of parking. This location is very clean.

Horrible. Just sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my food. There are 2 employees working! 2! And they don't tell you when you start your order that there will be an insane wait. After 20 minutes went in and they "started" the food. Waited another 10 still nothing! Forgot my drink and said I don't know how long until we can get that for you. Come on! Close the line and serve the orders you have taken. Or you need to close and get the owner/manager in their to get the place running. Hire people! This place is not going to stay open. I know for sure I will not be returning!

I went to store number 4351 address 1317 foothill. Boulevard upland California, me and my wife drove to the ordered. A couple burgers fries and 2 milkshakes went to the window. Handed this person my wife's credit card. When they handed me the food, they handed me the receipt without my wife's card. When I asked the worker where is my card? Day proceeded to tell me that they get their back to me already. I looked at my wife she looked at her purse. We looked everywhere. Couldn't find it? I told the gentlemen that they never gave me my cardback. He proceeded to be really rude to me. Slam the door in my face. Which really really upset me. So so I pulled the car up. Got out of my car looked on the ground for my card. Looked in the car couldn't find it anywhere. Went back to the window and he told me that he would look on the surveillance camera. He came back 20 seconds later and said that he didn't see anything. All he saw was himself putting the card. In my hand to make things worse, my wife found her credit card. He put it inside the bag with worst service. I have ever had at this place. Not only did he lie to me, he was rude and disrespectfull. I'll never ever go there again

I let her " apparently a manager" know it's dripping and asked for new bags. They handed me the new bags and I drove off. I ordered plain chicken strips and when I put my hand In the bag there was buffalo sauce on my hands and spilled onto my chicken strips. My son's bag ripped because of the sauce spilling through. I turned around s d went back for a refund and the "manager" handed me a reprint of my receipt saying that it was refunded and would be back onu card in 3 days. When I asked for a receipt of the refund she was in the back talking to her coworkers about the situation and saying I wouldn't tell her why I wanted a refund. I let her know Im just going to call corporate and file a complaint. Do NOT eat here.. $25 wasted..

the wait for the food we ordered was 40 minutes then we had to go back to get our food that they forgot it was a large fry and a chicken bites now we are ordering a Sunday and they have taken over 20 minutes taking over like an hour just to eat I recommend going to the one in upland this one in foothill is garbage also the food was stale and not fresh also the service was horrible an employee cussed out my father also DO NOT COME HERE ITS GARBAGE!

The food is so yummy here. The fries remind me of mojo potatoes in fry form, and the chicken and mozzarella sticks are fresh. My family and I have tried different things, and so far, we have not found one bad thing.
