This place has gone significantly downhill. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive. The manager Isabell was the worst and treated my mother horribly when there was an issue with our pizza.

I came here with my family to enjoy pizza and watch the Dodgers game. I recieved a pizza that had toppings that were incorrect from my order. When I appraoched the counter to notify them of the mistake I was asked to bring the incredibly hot pizza pan back to the counter. When I did I then spoke with Isabell the manager who was incredibly rude and blamed the mistake on me claiming that the order was repeated back to me and that I confirmed it. That was a bit confusing to me due to the fact that my husband placed the order, not me. When I informed her of this and before even seeing him she then claimed the order was repeated back to my husband and that he supposedly confirmed it. I informed her that my husband would never order a pizza with mushrooms let alone confirm that because I am allergic to them. Despite waiting for a hour for a incorrect pizza Isabelle said she would have the pizza remade and put it in to be made "when they had time". Stating that she would not rush it and that the current wait time was a hour. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place or be visiting as a customer ever again. Mistakes happen but a rude staff shouldn't be tolerated.

Been coming here for years and we were disappointed to see that the pizza had changed. The pizza used to have a thicker fluffier crust and now it's thin and hard ... this will definitely be our last time here because we just don't like it. The service was fine as well as the atmosphere... just sucks that they changed their way of making the pizza.

Unfortunately, this will be my last time ever ordering from this Upland Red devil Pizza. This is now the 3rd time that I have ordered through their website, received a confirmation, and waited for absolutely nothing. I called to find out the status of my order, and somehow, “the order was never processed? “ If you’re going to have a website and offer online orders, with good delivery. Then please make sure that your website works accordingly.
I can honestly say this has NEVER happened at the La Verne location which is nothing but professional, has accurate delivery times for that area, and honestly has much better food.

Aw Man. Cool ? The Ex got a meatball sandwich. I got the garlic bites, cause I ate something already. A bunch in a container, hot, tasty, fresh garlic. Good job. With sauce, and for 7 bucks! A no brainer!!! Gonna go back for just the bites.
I went yesterday to celebrate my birthday with a delicious pizza lunch, I enjoyed eating a delicious hot pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks with my family and hope to return again soon. I enjoyed playing the games as well.

I went to my niece's birthday party here,. My first time also eating here,.. I must say the pizza here is way better than Chuckie cheese pizza,.. they have a small area for the kids to play games also kinda like Chuckie cheese but a lot smaller,.. that's the only downside here,.. it's pretty small if you have a big family,.. but great if you're taking your kids with family or a few friends,... It's also in a shopping center so good luck with parking on the weekends!!! ? This was the foothill location not sure if it's Rancho Cucamonga or upland!!! ?
Vegetarian options: They do have salads and ? pizza ? whatever you want on it!!!
Parking: It's in a shopping center so there's other businesses that use the same parking lot!
Kid-friendliness: Game area & prizes for the kids
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure they'll make sure anyone handicap will have full access to everything it's just not to big inside though! I believe that if this place was bigger,.. they'd make a heck of a lot more money with there business,.. some people came in and left bcuz there was no room,.. but it was a weekend so yes Birthday party's made it fill all day, but the kids had a blast and that's what matters to me!!! ?????? ???

I've ordered from Red Devil many times, and am rarely disappointed. They're my go-to for pizza at home, for work, and recommendations. Great variety of toppings, side items, etc. I usually order online for pickup ahead of time. Normally, I avoid eating in, as it tends to be a bit noisy inside with team gatherings, birthdays, etc, plus the arcade machines are always beeping away and playing their little themes over and over. Not my favorite in that regard, but the pizza is top-notch!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of arcade games for kids, including air hockey. Mostly redemption games for tickets, though.
