Worst ice cream spot. Not even authentic. My fresas con crema ice cream had something blue in the corner. Not even sure what it was. Staff acted weird. Like they didn’t know what they were doing.. Didn’t give a spoon for the ice cream, and the takis with cheese were on a little plate with only like 6 takis, when the picture showed it in the bag, cut on top with a bunch of cheese. Didn’t give a fork with it either. Over all weird experience

Place is absolutely horrible old lady must hate her job very rude does not know how to talk to ppl clearly ask for chamoy and give me attitude about what I want went in today for a banana shake and she tryd to charge me twice after I already paid and Sat down plus they charged me extra for a "fresh banana"and they use can pineapple absolutely disgusting you can taste syrup from the can!! Nothing taste fresh like it's bin sitting there for days..do not go here do not waste your money ice creams taste like frost bite

Great little spot for ice cream, smoothie,agua fresca but the only thing is they charge a service charge on there machine which I don't think is okay since its there responsibility as a business owner to pay for there own credit card transactions so to avoid paying the 28 cents per transaction they charge you for there machine they use and it's unethical as a business since I'm already spending my money there

Please update your close time. It says you close at 10pm and I’ve come multiple times at 9pm and you’re closed !

Today they seriously disappointed me. I came here because it is one of my favorite places. Well, the attention was terrible and what I asked for was worse. I don't know what happened but there was a lady who really doesn't like her job or doesn't know how to make some simple strawberries with cream I don't know what they are doing here I loved this place but today I was disappointed the other girls were better in all the tension and how did they make you feel good please if people change at least find someone who likes what they do so they will lose many customers and please improve the strawberries and cream

The first 2 times I had a great experience. I had used coupons both times and both times the older gentleman who helped me gave me back the coupon and told me to save it even though I offered to cut the coupon I used out. (Both times it was 1 dollar off a 5-dollar order.)Today when I went in to surprise someone with one of their Fresca Con Crema cups and used a coupon to get 1 dollar off my order (it was a 9-dollar order that went down to 8), the middle-aged woman said they had to take the other 3 coupons on the paper even though it states NO WHERE on it that you have to choose 1 coupon to use. They refused to cut the 1 coupon out and said if I didn't give the rest of the coupons up, they would add the dollar back on the total.The dollar isn't the big deal to me, it's the whole situation that bugs me.I personally won't be returning to this place because the whole situation was very off-putting.I suggest if you're going to use a coupon, cut it out beforehand or you'll lose the rest of the coupons and probably catch an attitude from the middle-aged lady there.
