Today I ordered one of their new giant cookies. Apparently they were out of them, but rather than calling to tell me they didn’t have them, they sent a bunch of pre-packaged cookies that are not even the same flavor and definitely were not a replacement for what I ordered. The driver told me to just call the store for a refund for the giant cookie. They don't deliver to certain part of the city! Like that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard. If you have safety issue cut off delivery same time for everybody not just a certain part of the city! I get safety is first but there are other ways they this!
Rude employee. Never once looked up from register when taking my order. Round Table Pizza is my favorite. Was my first job in the early 80's, as a matter of fact I worked at this location. I will never visit this location again.
