Order a pizza at around 9 pm on Thursday for delivery. Never came no phone call no nothing thought someone else got a free pizza lol. Called the next day refunded my money and gave me a free pizza and wings . Wish they would have let me know the night I placed the order. But happy they made it right with no questions asked. Probably a blessing in disguise Im fat and shouldn't be eating pizza late at night all drunk anyway. :)

My daughter and I have gone here many times over the years. I ordered to-go. The mini pizza had 2 kinds of pepperoni, bacon, and jalapeño. The wings had bbq sauce and creamy ranch dip. The drink of choice was a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi. We love the food here. Service at the counter is always good. They have plenty of inside seating if you plan to eat here. We definitely recommend and will be back again soon!

If you’re looking to waste two hours of your life waiting for pizza, boy, do I have the place for you! We ordered two large pizzas at 6:01 PM and didn’t walk out until 8:07 PM. Two hours. For pizza. On Halloween. I get it, it’s a busy night, but it’s not exactly a surprise holiday that snuck up on you, Round Table. Maybe put it on the calendar next year?
The whole operation was a masterclass in confusion. There were plenty of employees, but somehow no one seemed to be doing anything productive. The phones were ringing nonstop, online orders were flying in, and meanwhile, the poor souls actually standing inside the store might as well have been invisible. It was like watching a slow-motion train wreck with extra pepperoni.
And the “manager” if that’s what we’re calling him, was the highlight of the chaos. He was pacing around, barking random orders like he was directing traffic in a storm, but clearly had no clue what was happening. I spoke to him twice about my order, and both times he gave me the blank stare special before wandering off to yell at someone else. Leadership at its finest.
After two hours and almost $70, I finally got my pizzas burnt, late, and way past the point of caring. Round Table, you’ve been around forever. Halloween shouldn’t break you. Maybe try preparing next time instead of pretending it’s the first October 31st in history.

I recently did an online order for a pizza and a sandwich. However, while doing the order I received a phone call. I went back to my order and it disappeared, so I started over, and submitted the new order. When I went to pick it up, there was two orders for two sandwiches and one pizza. Apparently, the first order went through. However, even though it was my mistake, they graciously allowed me to have a credit. Then, because they could not sell the sandwich, they gave it to me. Do you know how great that is? That’s customer service to the maximum! As a result, I’ve been back a few more times and will be more! By the way, the pizza and the sandwich were excellent, as usual!!

Really good food came in yesterday but costumer service horrible the white girl with white hair in front register very rude couldn’t even take a minute to look at the menu she looked very inpatient standing there with very much attitude and making bad faces don’t recommend coming in just not good costumer service at all.

I was here a few months ago. They have a sign restrooms for customers only I was at a drivers training at aaa an am disabled needed a restroom. I offered to buy a soda they denied said i need to purchase a min amount. I unfortunately had to remind them of thr disabililty act that allows disabled people restroom access but the reviews due reflect my treatment id never reccomend this place

We have been going the Upland restaurant for years. Always clean and the staff is so friendly. Food is an A+
This place has horrible service, horrible management, and horrible business. Had me waiting for hours for a couple pizzas, and is ran by an arrogant man. It was busy and empty and void of any business but for some reason the business could not provide simple service. Seems to me they cut out on the recipes, on the delivery, and are suffering and it transfers to the service. Highly recommend to skip out on this business and go to Pizza Hut or Dominoes, as this business is surely going bankrupt! Probably bought and acquired by someone with some common sense! Sad to see a failing business struggle to stay alive.

If you are a faithful Roundtable individual I have quit going to the Fontana round table because of a lack of good service and food quality the Upland Round Table is always consistent timely respectful and consumer minded they are the last of the true honest Round Table Pizza location I am one truly completely satisfied customer thank you round table Upland you are the best Mark from Kaiser
