Food is always good and tasty, gotta have it lol. Atmosphere is chill, night time is cool for a date night intimate low light, great food and cool service with a smile. Come on in you won't be disappointed or order take-out I did this evening. Good food cool movie with my beautiful wife. Worst service I have ever had. We were repeat customers for years due to the sushi be decent and so close to home. The waitress as well as all the staff are very rude. We ordered sushi without mayo for example. After they bring it out I felt so bad to inform them again that mayo gets me sick to my stomach. The people behind the counter called me a Gajin and curses me in Japanese. Not only did I leave but others did as well. A customer behind me told be what that meant and it was truly heart breaking to hear that due to me going there religiously. BUT hey it is what it is right. If you order take out it is decent but the service is just really bad to be honest.

Honesty was so disappointed. Saw it had 4 stars on google so I came to check it out and the food was honestly nasty. Everything tasted dry! And to top it off as I was leaving I decided to stop next-store to get a vape and a worker of the Suchi place was drunk outside yelling & fighting with customers! Never coming back here.

The owner/manager of this place is one of the rudest restaurant managers I’ve ever met. The restaurant got our order mixed up with someone else’s order, mistakes happen. But when we went back to insist our order was mixed up, and even showed the receipt for proof, the manager kept telling us there weren’t any wrong orders, then began to yell at both me and my friends in front of other customers for no reason. We kindly asked for them to make the correct order and he was still hostile. Horrible customer service, will not be recommending this place to anyone.

After trying many sushi restaurants in the area, we found Sato Sushi in Upland, and it has become our favorite Sushi restaurant! The fish is always fresh and tastes delicious! One of our favorites is the Tony Montana. The service is excellent and we are always welcomed like family.
