Friendly service when you call on the phone... although there might be a slight chance of 'lost in translation' I had asked for Oolong Lemon Iced Tea and when I got there it was Jasmine Green Tea with Lemon but turns out it was delicious and refreshing so HA!!!
I used to drive by this place all the time and the few times I attempted to go they were closed, and last week I worked late on Friday and tried to call in an order around 8:45PM, google page has hours closed at 10:00pm - this is incorrect they close at 9:00pm. So I couldn't get something to eat as I was driving from work (Riverside) and wouldn't make it in time.
So last night I worked late and thought I would try them again. I ordered the Eggrolls I wanted the traditional Vietnamese ones but I got the Shrimp Eggrolls instead (not a biggie) and the Cream Cheese Rangoons... after I placed my order they called back almost immediately to say they were out of the Rangoons so I ordered the Pork Banh Mi (pronounced barn me) instead - HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS cuzzzz Honnneyyyyyyy
That Banh Mi was so goshdurn delicious!! so good in fact that I didn't manage to take a photo LOL it was wrapped in hardy white (sandwich) paper with all the trimmings (pickled Julienne carrots, daikon, cilantro and jalapenos) in a ziplock and LET (hand clap) ME (hand clap) TELL (hand clap) YOU!! that french bread was perfecto! I really am sorry I didn't pause long enough to capture it but OH well next time I'll be sure to do so ((smile)).
Parking lot was empty but I got there slightly before closing so it figures. There were 2 people sitting eating and they had an entire booth full of food in front of them that looked and smelled AMAZING. I'm happy to have found another 'comfort food' spot so close to home. BTW the young lady at the bar was so nice but the 3 people that worked there that were near the exit when I left never said "Bye or Thank you for coming" - and you KNOW I'm in Hospitality and every impression counts I'm ultra aware.
Respectfully Reviewed.

Don't be put off by the weird decor. This place has excellent, authentic Vietnamese food and you'll be happy you gave it a chance. Highlights included the grilled beef in betel leaves, salted fish fried rice and stir fry garlic water spinach. And the spring rolls were among the best we've ever had.

It's a different Vietnamese restaurant. They try to make it fancy and saying not a fast food restaurant for which I don't think other pho restaurant is fast food. There is a banquet hall next to the restaurant that I found annoying on the loud music. They added black pepper on my pho that I don't like. Had to wash it off with water because their serving is slow so I didn't want to wait another cycle for a new bowl. Except the black pepper, food taste good. They also charge more than other places maybe for their so-called not fast food.

Recommended dishes: Lobster w Egg Noodle, Fish, Grilled Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves Bo Cuon La Lot, Grilled Mussels
I came here since I've been looking for a local place that had bò Lá Lốt ($18) which is Vietnamese grilled beef in betel leaves.
Since they recently opened, they were giving two free rolls of shrimp eggrolls.
My order came with 4 pieces with sides of banh hoi (thin sheets of rice noodles) drizzled with green onion oil and fried shallots, lettuce, Thai basil, and mint. Their dipping sauce which is fish sauce based has a good heat to it with plenty of freshly chopped chilis. You wrap the meat with the banh hoi in lettuce and vegetables, then dip it into the fish sauce.
I also got their Bún Thịt Nướng ($18) which is their noodle bowl with grilled pork, chopped lettuce, chopped cucumbers, an eggroll, and fried shallots with green onion oil. It comes with a side of their spicy fish sauce, I like to dip the grilled pork and then mix some of the sauce into the rice noodles and mix the bowl.
It seems like it's family run with three people, they were nice and attentive. The restrooms are clean and they seem to have a karaoke room across from the dining area (?). The dining area is pretty dark inside with plenty of seating.

My opinion it was more than five star.
The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Everyone was kind and professional. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I completely enjoyed myself. I have and will continue to recommend Sea Queen to everyone, I know. I love everything about it, and I will definitely return. Thank you to the staff for making my experience memorable.

Have you been to this Vietnamese restaurant? All the dishes are so good!
I ordered:
1. Grilled king scallop with fish eggs - Sò điệp nướng
2. Tamarind escargot - Ốc hương xào me
3. Grilled beef wrapped in Betal leaf - Bò lá lốt
4. Grilled spicy squid - Mực nướng cay sate
5. House special mango salad - Gỏi xoài mực
6. Beef noodle soup - Bún bò Huế
7. Vietnamese iced coffee
8. Passion fruit soda - Nước chanh dây
The atmosphere at lunch is kind of quiet. They have big dining hall for events/parties. They are also under construction for their bar area. Served alcohol.

The place was a 5 star restaurant in disguise. Atmosphere was quiet, perfect for a romantic dinner and the place is heavily underrated so you can expect to be alone. Food came out amazing, one of my goto places from now on.
