Stopped in around 6ish during the Irish Festival in Downtown Upland on March 16th. The band was FANTASTIC and we were happy we found a table and got settled in to enjoy the music, have some drinks and order food because we were hungry. VERY disappointed in their staffing. They obviously knew (or should have known) they would be extra busy because of the festival yet they did not have enough staff to take care of the patrons. It took forever to get a server - had to go ask who our server was and try to find her (not her fault BTW. She was very nice and doing her best) but when she told us it would be an HOUR and a HALF to get our food, we just ordered a drink and left to get food elsewhere. We were sad because we really wanted to stay and enjoy the band but there was no way we were waiting that long for food. Note to Management: PLAN AHEAD I would have only given 2 stars but felt the staff and band deserved an extra one.

The DJ here plays the same stuff every weekend. He is not good it sound like he is playing a play list. But other than that I would recommend. People are fun servers are attentive.

I had a shot glass in my hand and one of the lady’s that work here snatched it out of my own hand I was shocked but she was rude and I would not recommend coming here she was wearing a white tank and had dark hair do better immediately left and I will not come back here at all service sucks and the people here are rude as well as the workers.

So much fun, great atmosphere. They have pool tables, Dancefloor patio with heaters, food drinks and fun for everyone highly recommend.
A good place to shoot pool and enjoy a pitcher of beer. They have 3 pool tables, 2 bucks a game or 3 games for 5 bucks.

So Saturday I went to my brother's house and he just lives right down the street from here. He recommended it as he comes occasionally. I wasn't doing to good in my personal life as of late do to personal issues, and so my brother thought it would be a good idea to get out of the house. As I first walked in I really liked the ambiance and sat at the bar. I was greeted by the two of the friendliest bartenders. I asked for there name's as they were very friendly and also provided a food menu. Ordered a few drinks as they were amazing. Both women were consistently courteous to me and my brother the entire time, making me feel very comfortable. I asked for there name's and Brittany and Lauren were the women helping us. Just wanted to thank them for amazing Service and being so friendly a creating a great atmosphere. Great staff!!! 10/10

Yet again somebody talked me into going into this place. It used to be the patrons were sketchy but now the staff is the downfall of this establishment. You would usually have to wait in line for 20 to 25 minutes just to get a drink. It was easier this time and the patrons were a lot more inviting, can't say the same about the staff. After an OK night a friend of mine had a argument with his girlfriend in front of an employee I believe named "JOE" with I guess you'd call a mustache of sorts. After which my friend and his significant other decided to leave for the night. I was trying to locate them thinking they were still in the facility and I was harassed by "Joe" continually asking for my friends whereabouts in an aggressive tone as if he was meaning harm, I told him what I am about, after which he walked away to disturb somebody else. I am not sure if he is in management or just dance floor security watching to much Road House. But he really should not have been promoted from bar back, he still needs some growing to do, he's just a boy. and my man with the cowboy hat I think was Adrian...mad respect, dude listened and didn't give me any grief, doing his job within his boundaries. Owners should do some soul searching
