I love shakeys, but it seemed dead inside. No one was there, I asked the manager if its always this dead, he told me they were transitioning from lunch to dinner. I hope they are getting more business than what I saw. The staff was extremely nice, the manager was the sweetest guy. We talked about movies and was just in the moment. Please people, visit your local place, they need our help. Thank you to everyone here at shakeys

Showed up at 7:40 to order a pizza to go. The doors are locked and server went to the manager to ask to open doors, manager said no! That is very poor business practices... that manger should get reprimanded.

My visit to this establishment was very disappointing. Rose, who seemed to be a manager or supervisor, was unwelcoming and unwilling to answer basic questions. Not only was she unwilling to provide clear answers, but her overall tone came across as rude and unapproachable. This set a very negative tone for the rest of our visit. Another employee named Yanoris behaved inappropriately by throwing toys at children as they chose their prizes and came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
The only positive interaction was with Alize and another older gentlemen working the front, who were both kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our visit. Her professionalism stood out in contrast to the rest of the staff. I hope management addresses these issues to create a more welcoming environment.

I had a great experience here! The service was excellent from the very beginning -- Luis and Elizabeth were very friendly, made us feel welcome., and very attentive. I accidentally left my phone behind on the table, and when I returned, they had already found it and kept it safe for me. I really appreciated their honesty and quick action. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!
