Honesty customer service is not the best, and I work in retail. The Starbucks staff with the exception of a young man and maybe another young woman, are consistently unprofessional. They talk when there is not a long line but still customers. They rarely greet customers. They have an attitude. Maybe they are overworked and that should be looked into but you should also want your job or make efforts to find some joy in it.They don't care. When I have kindly commended some for making efforts, they start making excuses for the staff that do not greet and act professional saying things like: " it was probably a busy weekend" ( it wasn't) or, " they probably had a lot to do" (maybe so but what does that have to do with greeting customers). Plus, they don't scan for your Starbucks app so it basically is very little reason to go to the Vons Starbucks because it all the price with none of the benefits. No atmosphere. Nothing. Just an angry red head who responds to " hi , how are you doing" with a mad mug. Try harder guys.

The staff at this Starbucks are also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. they're always eager to offer recommendations and answer any questions you may have.?One of the most remarkable aspects of the service here is the genuine care and attention given to each order.My drink was delicious a Young respectful man helped me , No matter how busy they may be, the baristas take the time to ensure that every drink is made to perfection, paying careful attention to even the smallest details.??

Honestly, I highly recommend staying away from this Starbucks. The employees here (with few exceptions) are extremely rude and lack manners and professionalism that is required in customer service. I understand times are tough and there's a lot of unpleasant customers to deal with, but when that attitude transfers over to customers who are decent, then it tells me you don't care.The food is great and the drinks are fine; it's more the workers there who are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. They lack basic manners that go hand-in-hand with the necessary skills for an overall smooth and wonderful experience. I don't think these people are trained correctly as their behavior closely approximates that of disgruntled high school students.I thought it was a phase and that we all have a bad day so no need to worry, but it just continues. When asking general questions to them, they respond with a very dry and condescending attitude. Absolutely no shame in their behavior. I highly recommend staying away from here because they don't seem to value customers and they will potentially ruin (if they haven't already done so) the image of Starbucks, especially in that location.The staff need to be trained on how to conduct themselves professionally and maturely, and not behave like disgruntled teens. It's tiring and exhausting, and for this reason I've decided to no longer show up to this location because it seems to have gotten much worse over the past year in comparison to when I first started going there around late 2020 and early 2021.Especially stay away from a cashier there who generally wears eye liner, has long lash extensions, is a brunette with highlights in her hair, and appears to be in her mid-20s in age range. She is by far the most unpleasant individual on there and if she doesn't like her job, she should quit. She is not someone who seems to take her job seriously, and possibly has the worst attitude I've ever encountered in any place I've been so far. Very horrible individual who seems to lack common sense and decency. Do better.

I came in just the other day and I encountered Desiree at the register. She was poised and joyful. Immediately greeted me and asked me how I was doing. I don't normally go to Starbucks but I had a few gift cards so I decided to pop in and try a Christmas beverage. She was knowledgeable and asked me questions regarding flavors that I liked. While another employee was on their phone she quickly whipped up my drink and had me on my way. Give this young lady a raise!

Very disappointed at STARBUCKS At least 4 times out of the week I come to this store to get my coffee before work , all the staff that works there are nice and friendly except for a young lady her name is Evelyn this morning I was there and I only picked up a cheddar sandwich from their breakfast menu I was waiting for over 15 minutes and I realized it had been some time I didn't want to be rude but I noticed people coming and going one afternoon another until I saw the lady that charged me her name is Evelyn and she saw me there standing didn't occur to her I was still waiting ! Her 2 friends came in to visit her she put 2 muffins in the warmer for them and they came after me I was just watching she took the muffins from the warmer off came right outside the stand to hand it to them give them hugs and all and that's when I said something I ask the other lady that's is always very helpful and polite inside I was waiting for my cheddar sandwich and she said oh no problem It'll be right up she quickly out it in the warmer so my sandwich hadn't still been put in the warmer WOW !!!!! I was upset at that point ! Like what !?????? The lady that took my order saw me there placed someone else's order in and helped like 4 other people and I was still there !!!! Unbelievable! This is not the first time Evelyn does this I have seen her come out to her 2 friends that come visit her every morning and she kindly helped them and gives them treats , that's fine it's non of my business if you have your friends come visit you at works and you want to give them free food But please help your paying customers first !!!! My sandwich was half cooked I still had to get to work and place it in the air fryer to finish warming it up I can tell the other nice lady had taken out sooner so I don't keep waiting .... I hope this lady Evelyn is not doing the same to other people her customer service is horrible no greeting no good morning nothing she is so condescending is not even cool !

Asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and it was overly sweet it doesn’t even taste like pumpkin you can even see by the color of the coffee that it’s too light for what a cold brew should be. I didn’t ask for a new drink because I was in a rush and they were very busy but so disappointed I paid for a drink I now have to throw away

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would due to the terrible customer service my family and I receive every visit, today Emily was out of uniform and away from the register and rudely demanded if I was ready to give my order to her. She did her best to give me the worst customer service she could provide, and made the entire transaction unpleasant and threatening, the cherry on top of everything was how unhygienic she looked I can't believe vons/Starbucks allows workers to clock in like that. I hope the district manager does everyone a favor and upgrade to a more positive and uplifting staff, one that doesn't use their phones while ringing up customers and actually wears their uniform and wash themselves before clocking in.

I went this morning to order after I shopped. There were 3 ppl working and none of them assisted me. Even after they seen me there, they continued their conversation complaing about their shifts. So rather than standing their longer feeling completely invisible, I left. Horrible service.

I ordered two cups of cappuccino , Just 1/3 coffee ,please take a look at the pictures. And the service is the worst , she said :shit , when I left .It's the WORST Starbucks I've ever experienced! They will argue with you if you say anything about your drink! They need to hire employees that know what they're doing.
