Several issues at this location beginning with their customer service and menu item availability.
While they do have many friendly faces working at this Starbucks, more often than not, they miss the mark in giving service with a smile and being polite. Surprisingly, the lack of interest to provide good service is not much better coming from management.
Ordered a coffee traveler nearly 24 hours in advance and was made to wait over 20 minutes for the order to be filled upon checking in, to pick up the order. The careless attitude from management showed a lack of consideration for a person’s time.
It is no surprise that the coffee chain up the street has a line around the building. No one wants to constantly deal with bad attitudes where they spend their dollars before they’ve had their morning coffee.

For as much purchases me and my family make with Starbucks, they will not offer free water without a purchase. They said it was a new company policy. If so, why do other Starbucks had no problem providing water without a purchase? You have lost customers over a water that doesn't really cost you anything other than a plastic cup.

This store staff is awesome. I went to a Starbucks and they gave me the wrong order. I didn't realize until I left and was closer to my destination near this location. This Starbucks replaced my drink for me no questions asked. Thats hella customer service. They were super busy on a Sunday morning too. Thank you for making my morning!

I ordered a venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso light ice. Got one with more than half ice. When it was remade it tasted like milk and ice, no brown sugar!

Drive-thru is consistently busy. But when there's someone taking orders at your car door, the line moves quickly. The employee at the window has always been super friendly. I go here regularly but I've never been inside this Starbucks.

I went to order 2 drinks and the person taking the order was laughing at me for not pronouncing the drink correctly. I ordered the mocha cookie crumble frappe and it tasted horrible. I realized it when I had already left the place because I ordered it via drive-thru.
