Leonali was the cashier during my visit. She was rude. Had her arms crossed the entire time I was giving my order. She did not even great my family and I. It was as if she was bothered we came in. We did not feel welcomed. Also how does Starbucks not have a baby changing station? With all that money that’s profited I would think they would provide their customers with kids with a smooth visit. Very disappointing.

I purchased a gift card for $40 and when I activated it learned it had ZERO balance. I attempted to get the problem solved with Starbucks customer service and they gave me the run around. Please DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM STARBUCKS. I really hope that my bad experience will help others from making the same mistake that I did. I will NEVER buy a gift card from them again!!
Gift Card Draining is a real problem and Starbucks does NOTHING to stop it. So do not let Starbucks RIP YOU OFF. Do not buy gift cards from Starbucks!!
