This Starbucks location offers friendly and fast service. The staff is always polite, ensuring a great experience. The food, coffee, and service are top-notch, making it a pleasant spot to visit. Although they can get very busy trying to fill orders without mistakes, they always correct any issues. Customers are encouraged to be patient and kind, as the staff is doing their best. Some customers have had issues with drive-thru orders being incorrect, but the staff has been quick to remake the orders, even if it means the customer drives away with both.

One customer recently had an issue with the sourness of their pumpkin cream cold brew, but the store manager, Fidel, provided excellent customer service by offering to remake the drink and even upgrading it to a larger size, despite the issue not being the fault of the product.
