My favorite location to stop by. Employees are always respectful and quick with my drink and food. Customer service is spectacular and makes me feel welcome even on the busiest days. I regularly refer my family and friends to this location for their excellence in quality and speed.

I always go here after work and the drinks are always fantastic. I always see barista Kim and she is so lovely and makes my drink superb everytime. Also super kind and fun to talk with, makes it worth it coming during later times! 10/10 I will keep being a regular here

Rude!!! I’m very disappointed with the customer service I’ve consistently experienced here. The 6 a.m. staff, in particular, often come across as openly rude and unapproachable. Despite the store not being busy at that time, their attitude feels dismissive and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, I’ve rarely had a positive interaction with the female staff members, and I’ve witnessed them speaking to other customers in the same disrespectful manner. It’s concerning to see employees appear so unhappy in their roles that it affects how they treat the people they’re serving.
Customer service should never make anyone feel uncomfortable or disrespected. If the staff are this dissatisfied, it may be worth addressing internally so the environment, for both employees and customers, can improve.

HOLY MOLY!!!! THIS STORE ROCKS!! My Starbucks experience is always cranked up to an 11/10 when I visit this amazing store! Shoutout to the terrific barista, Alec! My drink (a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with no cinnamon, no brown sugar, signature espresso, and 2% milk) is always great tasting and available in a short time!

Oh my goodness, what is there not to say?? This store always delivers my families drink and food in a timely manner, and they always taste excellent!! The staff is incredibly welcoming, always greeting my family with the warmest regards. I specifically wish to acknowledge the coffee master, Alec! His expertise in coffee knowledge has helped my family through some terrible times. His energy is just what I need when my wife is even giving me trouble. 😅 the lobby is super clean and I always feel at home when entering Starbucks 210 & Baseline!

Amazing costumer service! My father forgot to ask for oat milk and remembered as the drinks were coming out and they remade the drinks for him. Thank you for your kindness and patience! This location has very kind baristas. And the drinks were delicious!
