Amazing costumer service! My father forgot to ask for oat milk and remembered as the drinks were coming out and they remade the drinks for him. Thank you for your kindness and patience! This location has very kind baristas. And the drinks were delicious!

Slowest Starbucks ever poor drive thru management. The line was long and looks like they got a rookie on the drive thru who kept getting the orders wrong - look at the photo- does this look to you like it’s a tall pike with EXTRA HALF & HALF?

Jeremiah is awesome! I needed a traveler box of the pike roast coffee for a work meeting and he was so helpful and timely about getting my order ready for me! I was running behind schedule, and after being turned away by the drive-thru barista, Jeremiah helped keep my morning less hectic than anticipated. His kindness and great service from was much appreciated!

Honestly the service is the worse here..!!! The drive thru wait is completely unacceptable. Time ranges from 15 to 25 minutes.

I am a daily customer of various locations of Starbucks for years and had my very first poor experience with a barista named Delilah at this specific location. I had purchased a coffee and egg bites earlier in the day and came to a separate location to have my water cup filled up. I was informed of a change in policy regarding the filling of water cups and how we now need to purchase something in order to have your cup filled. This is was not the issue. I asked if there was anything showing the policy written somewhere and was met with the store manager who was happy to show me the new written policy. During this interaction, I hear the barista I spoke with at the intercom, loudly and obnoxiously speaking of our brief interaction stating, “ WHY WOULD I LIE” multiple times and visibly irritated. I’ve been in customer service for almost 15 years and understand when a guest does something to annoy you but a level of professionalism is still required to be maintained at all times. Maybe she was having an off day or maybe she gets away with this sort of behavior all the time but either way wildly unacceptable. I will be back and do expect an attitude adjustment.

Have been coming here since they opened. Always polite. The staff makes it a point of knowing my name and what I always order. Of course at times they are crazy busy and trying to fill orders for people without any mistakes, no one is perfect. It happens! They get it! But they will always correct it. Please be patient and kind. No...I don't work there, they are trying their best. I've seen people order at the drive thru and when they drive up to pay, they say it's all wrong. So they remake them and customers drive away with both orders. That isn't fair, and the people in line behind them get upset at the workers because they didn't know it was the car in fronts fault.

So yes...I love this Starbucks.

Drive thru takes forever to get through. Employee was unprepared af and took forever to hand out the drink and then another 5 to get the transaction machine ready . Slowest service
