The best bacon egg cheese breakfast sandwich and cold coffee i have ever had form a Starbucks ! On a road trip too bad this one isn’t closer to my town! lol
the staff was very friendly and pleasant, they are quick to fill orders. it's a decent place to sit down, there are a lot of seats.

Honestly the service is the worse here..!!! The drive thru wait is completely unacceptable. Time ranges from 15 to 25 minutes.
I am a daily customer of various locations of Starbucks for years and had my very first poor experience with a barista named Delilah at this specific location. I had purchased a coffee and egg bites earlier in the day and came to a separate location to have my water cup filled up. I was informed of a change in policy regarding the filling of water cups and how we now need to purchase something in order to have your cup filled. This is was not the issue. I asked if there was anything showing the policy written somewhere and was met with the store manager who was happy to show me the new written policy. During this interaction, I hear the barista I spoke with at the intercom, loudly and obnoxiously speaking of our brief interaction stating, “ WHY WOULD I LIE” multiple times and visibly irritated. I’ve been in customer service for almost 15 years and understand when a guest does something to annoy you but a level of professionalism is still required to be maintained at all times. Maybe she was having an off day or maybe she gets away with this sort of behavior all the time but either way wildly unacceptable. I will be back and do expect an attitude adjustment.
If I wanted a 7US$ glass of Ice I wouldn't order 'easy on the ice and with strawberry pieces'

Came in to use WiFi and worker gave me a free frap they had as an extra. Very nice service.

Have been coming here since they opened. Always polite. The staff makes it a point of knowing my name and what I always order. Of course at times they are crazy busy and trying to fill orders for people without any mistakes, no one is perfect. It happens! They get it! But they will always correct it. Please be patient and kind. No...I don't work there, they are trying their best. I've seen people order at the drive thru and when they drive up to pay, they say it's all wrong. So they remake them and customers drive away with both orders. That isn't fair, and the people in line behind them get upset at the workers because they didn't know it was the car in fronts fault.
So yes...I love this Starbucks.

Drive thru takes forever to get through. Employee was unprepared af and took forever to hand out the drink and then another 5 to get the transaction machine ready . Slowest service

It's a 50/50 in the morning trusting them putting the correct amount of added shots to the coffee . I got a grande with an extra shot total 3.. zero taste of the shots even the color is off way to light

Yesterday I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew from this location and unfortunately the Coldbrew was a bit on the sour side for me. After calling the store I was met with incredible customer service. Fidel the store manager was so sweet, and offered to remake the drink for me. I came back today to have it remade and he upgraded it to a venti for me. Even though it wasn’t anything wrong with the product (just my tastebuds) this location still went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
