Great place to study! I have only had the lattes and have been on point for me. so happy that they have the white chocolate because a lot of smaller shops don't have it.

For a quiet and peaceful stop and great conversation, this hidden spot is one of Upland’s best- kept secrets!

It’s spacious and immaculately clean for a coffee shop. They had plenty of counter space and seating for small meetings, students needing WiFi and a vintage collection of board games for use throughout the seating area along the wall. They have a variety of hot and cold drinks and good selection of small bites to eat including a fresh baked banana caramel loaf that I’m eager to try.

I had their chicken salad minus the croissant and it was excellent!… (I love that they accommodated my special dietary request and put the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce for me.)

From the taste of the food, it’s clear that the owner takes pride in the quality of ingredients that she serves to her customers. Definitely a must to check- out!

Regrettably this place is not great overall.

The staff were very kind and helpful but that "chai" could be considered a crime against humanity. It was 97% milk with a glance at a box of Oregon Chai at best.
The pastries we had were fine if a little generic but the problem was they were out of nearly the entire menu.

First time here and you already know this is an amazing place! I got the pumpkin chai with almond milk and it was amazing 10/10! I have been on the search for a nice place to study and get work done and I can say I finally found it! So happy to found this gem!

I have been to this coffee shop several times and on the atmosphere alone, I give it 5 stars. Decor is nice. There is plenty of seating. Relaxing atmosphere. Owners are welcoming when they're around.

I work remotely, so it's a good place to go for a quiet change of environment. On the flip side, it is definitely a bit pricey. You'll spend $10-25/ visit minimum. I don't get why the little empanadas are like $8-10/ea. And their iced coffee is decent.

As mentioned before in another post, the staff is not very well trained, and customer service can use some improvement. All employees should smile and be friendly, in my humble opinion!

On one of my visits, I ordered 2 empanadas with a young man working the front counter. He was stiff as a board and not friendly at all. Well, i waited over an hour, and the food portion of my order never came. Yet they had time to socialize with each other. When I told the assistant manager about it, she only said, "Sorry, I'll get that for ya." And then it took her another 10 mins to toast it and deliver it to where i was sitting. Nothing was comped or refunded. No, "your next visit is on us!". The staff member was NOT immediately made aware of the error. And, the manager was on site as well and offered no acknowledgment or consolation.

Everyone needs to make room for improvement. So, with that being said, I will go back again! Even if simply for the atmosphere alone. But I hope to see some improvements on the items mentioned on my next visit.

And... I went in today, 8/20/24, and paid for my drink. I sat down to do some computer work, and one of the owners came up to me and told me that the owners were refusing me service and I had to leave. Then, when I asked why, the lady said that I could email the owner, and she would let me know why. I'm still awaiting a response.

This is ridiculous. Response attached. Utterly a bold-faced lie! I have always, always been kind to their staff. Always. The devil is a lie!

So I love coffee very much, I have an espresso machine at home and have only been doing that for a few months now. That being said what I can do on my machine at home is leaps and bounds better than any espresso based drink that stimulant has to offer. One barista in particular I watched through the whole process and he is incapable of understanding the ratios involved in different drinks and cannot properly steam the milk to a silky smooth texture which is of great importance. It seems to me they have not been properly trained and there are no standards and the baristas just seem to wing it and make whatever they want. This is very unfortunate because the ambiance and interior space is so cozy and inviting. Please please please step up your espresso process and dial it in properly, it is the heart of many drinks and without it there is no reason for me personally to ever order here again. I want this place to succeed, ambiance isn't everything.

Came here today to try some coffee. First thing I noticed was that everyone sitting at tables was able to have conversations without their voices filling the room. If there was music it wasn’t so loud as other coffee shops do. They have a water drip system for background sound which was very welcoming. This would be a great place to study, read a good book or have great conversation with friends. There are board games that are on the tables along the walls.

I got the cold brew coffee. I do prefer a much bolder flavor with my coffee. In comparison to Starbucks or similar shops the cold brew is more like the Iced Coffee. It’s good coffee, just not bold. It may have been warm coffee poured over ice which dilutes the coffee even more.

If you’re trying to avoid Starbucks and other fast paced coffee shops then this is one you should try. If you like Starbucks, go there.

The shop is on the opposite side of Foothill of Del Taco and Wienerschnitzel.

Parking: For now there are absolutely no issues finding parking
