Horrible customer service, the cashier / worker I got when I walked in to take my order, she was really rude with attitude almost that I came in to order food. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but that’s no way to treat customers & clients. Needs to work on her communication skills & attitude.

Went there today got a 6 inch tuna sub I asked for onions and olives. I got one scoop of tuna for slivers of onions and about a total of two olives.

Aeros Soul

The spicy meatball series order I have was wrong. It was no pepperoni on the meatball Marinara that was stack, no ghost pepper and cheese bread which they stock only a few selections, took so long for 4 footlong order to be toasted and turns soggy, and the last thing. It took them more than 15 minutes which weren't ready at all. Plus those young employees should be fired after today's order. I need a refund for this order as well. This needs to be spread around Upland.

Unacceptable service, place an order on the app, was told they didn’t have it, charged me, marked it as picked up, refused to cancel the order or give refund. Was told to call customer service, but was rudely told they didn’t know the number. Had to type out an email to get my money back, have not heard back.

Placed another order, when I got home, that order was wrong, they gave me a flatbread instead of a wrap.

I would give a zero but no choice. I went here April 6th 2024 at 4:18pm. That girl who worked during this time was extremely rude! She totally unrespectful for me. Just because I switched the flatbread for Italian cheese—before even starting to add toppings—she rolled her eyes at me and slammed things down really hard. I felt super offended. Don't know what happened to her maybe something really really bad, but if you can't control your own attitude at work, then just don't work. No one owes you anything, and you really need to stop working with your stupid/rude attitude!!!

I remember the food here used to be heavenly and I came back to try it after many years and it honestly didn’t taste the same. It was alright at best. The smell was better than the taste.

I would not give 1 star this place. I had put dont make my order until get there was online order. Also I don’t eat meat so 1 st change your glove & wash knife. Always they follow but this time charge is same but employees told we can’t do that after all bread wasnt toasted, no cheese inside. There’s no busy but very rude & unprofessional employee don’t care. I did not argue but employee told me next time go to another location. Give business some other place don’t care about it.

Vegetarian options: I m vegetarian I never eat meat in my life. Makes not want to return this place anymore. Give business some other place

i usually don’t order online curbside but i’m having a difficult day and i needed something quick. i ordered online from here and i got here right when it was supposedly done (1:25pm) i see the worker with my food and he went to ONE CAR which was the wrong car and he looked directly at me and just went inside i waited 10 minutes until i had to just get out and grab my food from inside which i didn’t want to do because i have my daughter with me. very annoying that he only went to one car and went right back inside didn’t even try to find me lol

I come to this location often because my son loves it.Today, I decided to try something and on my last bite I pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth? Young man who made my sandwich had long blonde hair. So gross, never had an issue in the last 8 yrs. FYI we both have black hair. I don't know , maybe people that make sandwiches should wear a hair net or put it in a ponytail. ?
