When i got to the veggies they did not look fresh at all evrything looks like it all should be thown out and replaced so i didnt get my sandwich how i like it and when i sat down place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in monthes, place needs deep cleaning, dont know if its new onwers cuz i been coming here for years, but looks like whoever took over is letting it go. Smh

Wasnt trying to sell me a combo when i was buying 5 sandwhiches..worst and still didnt give me my other cup. None of the sandwhiches are marked nothing.....was rushing just to get me out and nobody else was in there. The hispanic with chain.

horrible service from the employee Nancy. Did such a sloppy job, doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Really unprofessional. Hair was so messy, she looked dirty.

I was waiting to take my order while the lady was doing online orders. I was okay waiting but then she finished and started doing the bread. She pulled out two racks and put cheese on them. One of my Home Depot coworker came in and started waiting with me. She continued to do the break when coworker just walked out.then she started pulling more racks out. I got mad because I was there for 8 minutes already and she didn’t ask what wanted and I am on my 30 minutes lunch from Home Depot. She could have stop took my order and then continued with the bread. Never coming back.

Dog Walker

Saw a super rotten fuzzy tomato slice right on the top of the bin of tomato slices which means it's been there for more than 4 days. So this place obviously cuts corners and cheaps out to save them money.
The restroom is gross as well. There was no soap left and there were dry and wet pee drops on the toilet seat.

Horrible customer service, the cashier / worker I got when I walked in to take my order, she was really rude with attitude almost that I came in to order food. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but that’s no way to treat customers & clients. Needs to work on her communication skills & attitude.

Went there today got a 6 inch tuna sub I asked for onions and olives. I got one scoop of tuna for slivers of onions and about a total of two olives.

Aeros Soul

The spicy meatball series order I have was wrong. It was no pepperoni on the meatball Marinara that was stack, no ghost pepper and cheese bread which they stock only a few selections, took so long for 4 footlong order to be toasted and turns soggy, and the last thing. It took them more than 15 minutes which weren't ready at all. Plus those young employees should be fired after today's order. I need a refund for this order as well. This needs to be spread around Upland.

Unacceptable service, place an order on the app, was told they didn’t have it, charged me, marked it as picked up, refused to cancel the order or give refund. Was told to call customer service, but was rudely told they didn’t know the number. Had to type out an email to get my money back, have not heard back.

Placed another order, when I got home, that order was wrong, they gave me a flatbread instead of a wrap.

I would give a zero but no choice. I went here April 6th 2024 at 4:18pm. That girl who worked during this time was extremely rude! She totally unrespectful for me. Just because I switched the flatbread for Italian cheese—before even starting to add toppings—she rolled her eyes at me and slammed things down really hard. I felt super offended. Don't know what happened to her maybe something really really bad, but if you can't control your own attitude at work, then just don't work. No one owes you anything, and you really need to stop working with your stupid/rude attitude!!!

I remember the food here used to be heavenly and I came back to try it after many years and it honestly didn’t taste the same. It was alright at best. The smell was better than the taste.
