Subway, whoever decided to get rid of the only reason why Americans come to your business the sub other day otherwise we watching your store go out of business in Jersey Mike’s is popping up about to go there… Newsflash whoever sitting up in that office, hope your résumé is in good standings. I refuse to pay Subway overpriced for those subs. The number eight regular turkey, ham and bacon the club with lays potato chips, all season and a cream shoulder extra shake extra oil vinegar

The owner is very rude. I went in with a coupon and he continued to talk down on me and kept pointing at the fine print of the coupon as if I was a dumb ass. The coupon wasn’t expired but he was continuously reading the part to present the coupon in store like it was supposed to make me know what he was talking about. I had a coupon I gave him the coupon I don’t understand the big deal. He was aggressive towards the whole transaction as if I did something to him. I don’t understand how a person can be so rude for no reason. Never going there again. Was my first and last visit .

If I could give this place Zero stars for the owner I would he was the most rudest nastiest man I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. He was literally yelling at me for using a coupon. He said that he was losing out by me using a coupon. I can’t believe the way he treated my family if he doesn’t want people using coupons at his subway, he should not accept them at all. I’m still in shock the way he treated his paying customers coupon or not so unbelievable. I will never give that subway my business again. And I truly hope that everyone else that encounters him is not treated the way that I was treated.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Subway. An older employee rushed me through the ordering process, and when I tried to confirm my order, I was brushed off with “your order is right there.” As a result, I received an incorrect order. When I returned to address the mistake, the same employee gave me attitude for an error that was clearly on their part.
I showed him my confirmation code to clarify the order, and he dismissed it, saying, “we don’t have that order; you ordered at a different store.” After confirming the address, it was clear I had ordered from the correct location. Assuming my order would be prepared, I waited.
A younger employee then brought out another sandwich, and when I asked if it was mine, she also claimed they didn’t have my order. I showed her the screenshot and my Apple Pay payment notification, which included “Subway $11.99.” After seeing this, she finally located my order and began preparing it. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes for a sandwich that was supposed to be ready upon my arrival per the app, dealing with attitude the entire time.
The young lady apologized, but the older employee, who I assume may be the owner, remained in the back and offered no acknowledgment or apology for his mistake and hostility.
Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this location—there are too many issues with order handling and customer service. If you ever decide to order here, do not use the app because they lack the skills it takes to receive orders via subway app.

Let me just say that I've been to a lot of Subway restaurants. Most of the time I'm concerned about cleanliness and more. But not at this location! The owners are really on it with taking care of their restaurant. They are super friendly and inspire that in their staff. This restaurant has such a different friendly and clean vibe than most of the other ones I've ever visited. So I will drive out of my way if I want Subway to this location. If you've had a bad experience elsewhere, try these guys they will not disappoint you.

Great place to grab a veggie sub or cold cut trio. after purchasing many sandwiches I started to order the protein salade bowl .
Subway has fallen off though to many issue with Machines and BOTS.

I live right around the corner and have given this location several chances, but after today, I’m done. The person who assisted me—who I believe is the owner—was rude and showed zero customer service skills. He wasn’t friendly and acted like I was a bother for even being there.

I’ve also noticed a constant turnover of employees, which now makes sense. If this is how the owner treats customers, I can only imagine how he treats his staff. In this economy, I’d rather spend my money at a place that values both its customers and employees. I’ll be going to a different Subway from now on.

I met the owner of this franchise. He works there and has a very arrogant attitude. Now I understand why his employees don't last long. I won't comeback . ...What a disappointment for the Subway chain folks!!!!

The two gentleman are really nice. My sandwiches were made to perfection and they were both sweethearts. Extremely pleased. I will say I rarely get bad service at subway

I have been to this location a few times and USUALLY enjoyed what i got. Its not been great BUT I decided to give it one more try. Owner was there, she served us. She was super sweet and made our order just as we asked. But sadly the wilted spinach and flavorless chicken left me scratching my head, (couldn't even finish it. Let my BF eat the other half of my wrap). Last several times here I saw wilted spinach/lettuce. Had to ask for fresh more than once. I use to enjoy Subway. Now it's gone so downhill I don't want to go back.
