Usuallt love this place. Came in today with a friend to get boba. I got the collab drink, but it 1. didn't come in a cup that it was said to online, not a big deal. We had to wait 5 minutes for Tiffany to look before we asked her if it was supposed to come with a coaster. She grabbed the coaster and practically slammed it down on the table infront of us and turned around. Then, we had to wait again to get her attention. Asked for a cup of water we asked for beforehand, and...

Service and drinks were excellent; this is a review on the restroom. Although very clean, the electric lock does not work. It locks and unlocks on its on will, meaning anyone could walk in on you at any given time. This should be remedied rather than just having a note on the door that says to “knock first”.
