AMAZING. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Delicious hot pot AND a tea and and rice all for 12.99. The staff is SO welcoming and professional and friendly. They even kept coming a few times to give us more rice to make sure we got full from our meal:) even though the hot pot was so filling, we even had leftovers. This place is possibly one of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve had all year and one of the best time ever. Food was on point and came out very fast if you like spicy food, I highly recommend the mala broth and I got it with a little bit extra spice. My SO got the non-spicy satay with seafood and that was also very delicious. Meals here come with free drink/milk tea and it is amazing try the mango one also this place has all you can eat white rice with their dishes. They really take. Care of customers here and you can truly tell that the owners really care.

The sukiyaki is very sweet even as someone with a sweet tooth so I'd recommend doing the lighter sukiyaki which is half sweet.
They gave some small complimentary foods as we ate and I really appreciate that they did. I left very full.

Pleasantly surprised when we found a Taiwanese hotpot place open up across the street from Upland High.
You order at the counter. Each hotpot comes with a free milktea from Tpumps. They ask customers if they want free samples, even they're about to leave. I appreciated that they cleaned our table before shaved ice came out. They're constantly checking in with us about water, rice, napkins.
Overall, great service, good food, great prices. Would come again.

Wow. This place went above and beyond our expectations.
First of all, the prices are great. $13 for a big bowl of hot pot (sharable by two as long as you're not super hungry) plus a large flavored milk tea.
Second, everything tasted great. We got a satay base, and later ordered a second bowl - the sukiyaki. We got the sukiyaki at a low sweetness level, as recommended by staff, but in the end we preferred the satay. They also gave us a sample of the mala, and I really liked that too and would get it next time! For the tea, we got the gingerbread and blueberry and both were amazingly delicious and sweet.
Third, their hospitality is on point!! All staff were friendly and genuinely happy that we were there. The first guy we talked to, who took our order at the counter, was down to earth and friendly and gave his recommendations. Another staff member, who served the food, was sooooo professional that we felt like we were at fine dining! And on top of that... the samples and freebies?! They gave us a whole extra milk tea. Why? No idea. They gave us a dumpling with sweet chili sauce (I think) to try. And near the end of the meal, as I mentioned earlier, they gave a dumpling with the mala base so we could try that. Then samples of one of the shaved ice flavors! We were in awe!
Needless to say, we will be back.

This place has kind workers and the food is very delicious. We got the kimchi base and satay base, with green and black teas. They know how to keep their customers happy; they gave us complimentary hot buns and a shaved ice samples! Highly recommend to give this place a shot for good food and excellent service.

Went here with my family of five, and we each ordered our own hot pot and it comes with tea! (I upgraded mine). Everything was delicious! Hannah was an amazing host—she provided excellent service, explained how everything worked, and went over each hot pot in detail. It was such a great experience, both with the food and the service. It’s been a while since we’ve had both at such a high level, so it’s nice to know this still exists. Highly recommend!

Discovered a place near home for hot pot! What a great place with great deals. The staff were super friendly, the place was modern and clean, and the food was great! This is one of the first places that I have paid and ordered first! I actually like this! The supervisor was nice and came to check on us a few times.
We tried the Satay and the Sukiyaki hot pot. We made sure to order less sweet on the Sukiyaki. I liked that they have noodles in the pot AND they give you rice on the side. For $12.99 they also gave a huge Tpumps drink. We got the honey green and honey black tea. They even came with steamed buns which my kids loved. The ONLY thing I wished they had was a spicy bean paste sauce.
For the price, the experience, this place is a no brainer, and we will definitely be back soon. Can’t wait to try the other broths and their shaved ice! Until next time!

The service was phenomenal. Our waiter brought free rice without us asking, and then brought out steamed buns and a sample of their shaved ice at the end of our meal. Everything was delicious!
