I was picking up a order to deliver just to ring the bell and have a worker open the window. Check the name and slam the pickup window not giving me an ETA making me wait almost 10 minutes just to have the other worker who was working. The drive-thru come to open the window after he noticed me waiting. Just for me to realize the customer's order has always been sitting right next to the pickup window. All he had to do was just hand it to me and people wonder why they get cold food here these workers think they're wasting my time but in reality they're just boosting my pay while making their own customers angry for delays that should have not happened and based on all these bad reviews, I could tell that whoever owns this Taco Bell does not care at all I'm definitely not driving for them. No more

Went through the drive through and asked for 15 sauces with my order and got 6. Is Taco Bell so hard up on sauce that you have to short customers on what they ask for at the teller and confirm on the screen. This is not the first or second time and I don’t eat here very often. Ya could check my order every time but when there is a line behind you and don’t want to be that person to hold everything up. Back in the day they just gave you a hand full. Taco Bell is nationwide. Did they they get there from savings on sauces or serving food.

The staff tonight/ this morning was great!(8/18 2:10am-ish)Staff was on top of their game! Everything was made the way it looks in the pictures and their service was ON POINT! Thank you guys for restoring my faith in Taco Bell! I was the guy with the dog in the geeen car. These kids are alright!
They have horrible customer services I was waiting at the counter at least 10 minutes for them to take my order… then they got my order wrong… on top of that asked to take my card to complete the transaction and asked for my pin… like why should I give out my pin… the order was wrong then when they remade my order it hardly had any meat in it.
