6pm Fri right now and it's closed. And it looks like there's no sign or business name on the front of the building. I guess Pixy Boba is opening here

Best boba and best popcorn chicken. I got the Thai tea slush which is nondairy and the medium spicy popcorn chicken seasoned perfect very hot and fresh!

I love coming here for their classic boba teas and the rainbow jelly options. Pretty good smoothies and they don't skimp on the ingredients.
