I’m so disappointed. They completely changed the Santa Barbara Cobb salad. I understand the need to update a menu if an item isn’t selling well, but changing the salad completely while keeping the same name is a problem for unsuspecting customers.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at This Habit Burger location was frustrating enough to speak up.
First, the customer service was awful. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. they acted like I was an inconvenience. No smile, no greeting, no thanks — just rude and dismissive.
Then came the burger… honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The patty was overcooked and dry, the bun was stale, and the toppings tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. It was slapped together with zero care, and I couldn’t even finish it.
my visit was a complete letdown. Between the unfriendly staff and the terrible food, I won’t be coming back — and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered two Santa Barbara Cob Salads. Very small amount of bacon, egg, tomatoes. A lot of stalks in the leaf portion. Not at all what is normal at other Habits. Won't order there again.

I went here yesterday at noon. The lady at the register was so nice to me and patiently with me 😄 I ordered Santa Barbara Char meals and my BF ordered the regular burger with no tomato and cheese. I really love my burger. You can find the Habit Burger & Grill in another location but they might not service you in another way but for me I like this location 👍🏻😉. Forget to take a picture of my orders but it looks really good 😊 💯 Recommended

Food quality and atmosphere was perfect five stars, but service is not due to a unprofessional team member who constantly care about customers and has a bad attitude.
They prepared a really good meal. I love the Teriyaki char, Portabella char, and the Tempura Green Beans. I really enjoyed being attended by Danny at the drive-thru. She was very helpful and nice to me.
