This place is darn good, hope they keep up with the quality. The atmosphere is very nicely done simple but done nice. Ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings and that was a slam dunk great! The Onion rings were okay, I tried my friend's fries and his tri tip sandwhich and they were excellent! Add this to your list of a place to try.
Best burgers in the IE, tasty and juicy. Sidewinder with extra jalapeños is the way to go!! Enjoy!

Was out in the area doing a delivery and spotted Hitch. Pulled in for lunch and ordered a cheeseburger combo. It's a craft like burger, very tasty with frings (fries and onion rings) and to drink, they had jamaica! Will definitely visit again when in the area. They also serve breakfast.

I went to The Hitch for a quick dinner along with my husband, we both ordered a sandwich and they were prepared fresh and according to my order, a few items removed for health reasons. The counter staff was very friendly and answered all my questions about the menu items as this was my first time visiting. The order came out perfect, they hand delivered to our table and their friendly staff made our entire experience very pleasant. We ordered some chicken tenders to go for my son and he enjoyed them as well. We plan to return soon, definitely recommend.
