When I think of a good restaurant, I’m not fully focused on taste. I can have the best meal in the world, and if the service and attitude is subpar, it reflects on how I think and feel about the enjoyment while there. Today, I was warmly greeted by Teresa. I looked over the menu and selected the Honey Baked Ham Classic sandwich and added potato salad for a side order. I went with sourdough bread over a croissant. As I was waiting for the preparation, another waitress came out and gave me a sample of a seasonal menu item, the Cuban Slider. Wow, was that good! It’s a slider with ham and pulled pork with mustard. I found out that this is one of two establishments that has a restaurant built inside within the state of California. They are open breakfast, lunch, and dinner… hours are 8 AM to 6 PM on the weekdays, closing at 5 PM on Saturdays, and closing 4 PM on Sundays. This is my first time ever eating at the restaurant. Usually, people think of buying spiral hams during holidays. Now I know where to go for my Saturday breakfast with the guys. It’s cute enough of a place to draw in the ladies for their social gatherings, too. The food is outstanding and you can always pick up prepared food to go from their deli section after painting the tab. The Cuban sliders were so good that I bought a dozen of them to bring home to my wife for tomorrow’s lunch or dinner. You know with honeybaked ham you’re never gonna go wrong with anything on their menu. I can’t wait to try their breakfast burrito. Here are some photos using my iPhone 13 Pro and included the menu, as well…

Eggs benedict the honey baked way is worth every penny. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. I'll be making a visit at least once a month.

The hams are amazing, but the restaurant has gone downhill since they've changed it. The service used to be excellent and the wait staff were always polite and pleasant. That has changed, and I'm not sure I'll be returning. I took my son for lunch Dec. 1 for lunch and there was already one customer waiting. We waited several minutes and we were talking loud enough that anyone in the back would have been able to hear us, but one person in the kitchen saw and did nothing. I finally called out after the restaurant had filled with three other customers and called to the back that customers were getting backed up. A girl came out, paying more attention to her phone than the customers, and she was followed by 4 or 5 others who came out and they all disappeared into the back, not once speaking to any of the customers. They looked at all the customers that were waiting and then all walked away without a word. At that point I left. That poor service and treatment is intolerable and deserves no business.
I changed my review to 0 stars for the food, because I never got any. In the past it was good, but that was before they changed hands.

Bought a Honeybaked Ham For Christmas. So disappointed. First, very expensive $110 for a 10 lb ham. Second, no glaze on it! What happened to they Honey Glaze? Third the flavor just so so nothing special. In all I should have gone to the grocery and bought one. For less than a quarter of the price.

My elderly mother spent over a 100$ trying to gift me a ham. I picked it up later and was told my order number was no longer good. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting. I will never be a customer again

Too long of a wait 3 hrs in line a few days before thanksgiving. There has to be a better set up other than ordering ahead. The food other than the frozen sides are good.

I committed to going to pick up a piece of ham for Thanksgiving. I thought it was going to be a quick thing. 20 minute wait. Tops. Nope, totally wrong. It was 2 hours.
1 out of 5 stars. Hard pass. Would not recommend.

I placed an order for a 12lb ham months in advance for Thanksgiving. I come the day before Thanksgiving to pick it up, there's a long as line which is not a problem, that's normal for today. But how TF do you run out of 12lb ham ? I literally placed the order for one so why are you giving what I bought to other people who did not prepay for this????? I prepaid for a reason. Yall know this happens every damn year, yall need to figure this shit out. I prepaid to save time and at this point, what is the point of pre paying if you aren't gonna have 2 separate lines one for pre pay and one for walk ins and if the walk ins can get what the people pre paid for then whats the point of ordering ahead? Employees here are nice but flustered because of everyone, so be kind to them.
